If you are looking for a “family feel” type gym where everyone is welcoming, encouraging and motivated, this is that gym!! The group classes are a great workout with just enough challenge to keep you coming back. Sean is a very personable trainer who truly cares about your progress and will keep you motivated to do your best. Plenty of equipment and space to get your workout in without waiting on equipment. Give this local gym a try! Well worth it!

Small Hometown Gym feel that cannot be beat! Their trainers are some of the most high quality people in and out of the establishment and always make you feel like family from the start. There is no sense of judgement being new here and is easy to gain new friends! I personally have a Class Membership and have greatly benefited from the small group/private instruction. I currently am down 15 pounds because of the workout/eating plan I am following. I have never had a better gym experience and highly recommend you giving it a try! Sean is one of the owners and works day in a day out to help us stay

From the start P.A. has been nothing short of amazing! They educate & assist in every way they can. They check in with you constantly throughout your fitness journey & are very supportive. The entire gym is just awesome & it feels like visiting family when you’re there!

Best Gym in Conroe Texas! If you don’t know what to do they will help you achieve your goal. Wonderful group training for beginners. Or even one on one training. Several trainers there that have experience.

My sons won't go to any other gym. Honest owners and a super clean facility. Chain, gyms are weak sauce!! Go try out a more personable experience.

Best gym in town! They have a great atmosphere and knowledgeable trainers who care about your goals! I wouldn’t feel comfortable working out anywhere else. The staff is always here to give advice/training tips! Love my gym family!!

I am glad to give my full endorsement of P.A. Fitness! The owners are very engaged in operations and are very experienced fitness pros. The other trainers are amazing as well! There is nice mix of men and women trainers which I think is really cool. They do a very good job of nutrition coaching and definitely practice what they preach. I signed up for the 6-week Fitness Challenge and had some good results. I lost 15lbs and 5% body fat from diet and training in 6 weeks!
