I hear everything the neighbors do, and they throw a lot of parties. Never have an up to date security number to actually call and they are never here. Leasing office will never get back to you by email and don't answer if you call. Never actually in the office during business hours. Reeks of weed. Incredibly unsafe on all aspects. Package room an absolute mess but heaven forbid you place your valet trash out during the wrong hours. no just no.

Positive: Professionalism, Value
These apartments are so beautiful and unique! Bethoni the property manager is amazing and SO helpful, she has been able to solve any issue or question I’ve had! Rob the maintenance supervisor is also super friendly and expressed he is willing to help with anything I need. Super happy with my decision to lease here.

Glad I looked at the reviews before wasting my time touring the complex. It looks beautiful but paying 2k+/month to deal with fire alarms at 4am and being shot at? No thank you.

I love the location , the apartment and its incentives. Its super close to Kroger and Target . The office staff makes the place superior. Molly is the best manager and her team compliments her well. She goes above and beyond. She addresses all of my issues fairly and in a timely manner. I love it here. I plan to be here a while, as long as Molly is here and running things. During this time I rated it 5 stars
** update 2 years later 1 star property. The property was sold and now GreyStar managed it. The gated parking entry is insufficient because the gate doesn’t work. There have been numerous

Horrible for Work from Home and if you have heart issues! We have these horrible alarms go off all the time (middle of the night and daytime), and you can't sleep, which will inevitably cause you trouble with your work AND your health. Don't rent here- the residents have BEGGED for the issue to be resolved, and it never does get resolved. They refuse to put in cameras or do anything to secure the alarms, and the residents here will tamper with with their alarms so they can smoke inside. The fire trucks are out here regularly, and the complex probably gets fined for false alarms, but to no avail

This is the worst place I have ever lived. Let's skip the reported gun shot, and fire alarm in 4:00 am several times per week, they deduct us 2500 dollar from the deposit, and the bill is not ready util 4 months after we left.
I would give the management team 0 stars if I could. As the previous resident Kelly’s comment says, Their strong suits include: not answering the phone, poor customer service, and hiding behind shared email addresses so they do not have to take individual responsibility. This is soooooo true! After you leave the Newbergh, no one will treat you on your follow up issue like

Update 7/21: New management has been genuinely awesome and I actually dig living here now. Shoutout to Greystar for turning the place around, haven’t had any complaints since they bought the complex! The area is convenient, apartments are SUPER nice especially for the price point in Buckhead, and I’d genuinely recommend living here if you’re looking for a place in this area.

Update 4/21: the complex was sold to a new management company and the fire alarm issue noted below has completely stopped. I’m updating my review to three stars given the mixed experience I’ve had living here

So far new management as came in and not missed a beat. They are usually on top of everything. Better security should continue to be in place to allow us to peacefully enter and exit our cars, homes and amenities.

The price point is good for Atlanta, the amenities are decent and the leasing staff is generally nice.
That is where the positives end and the negatives begin. Be prepared for recurring security, noise, and fire alarm issues. The apartment was recently sold to Greystar but do not let them convince you that anything is different or improved. Guests cars have been vandalized, security is lacking, and management has proven to be inept at handling the fire alarm issue. I would not recommend living here unless you have no other option.

I moved into these apartments when they first opened and they were amazing AT THE BEGINNING! I renewed my lease for year two and have been unhappy since. Cars keep getting broken into in our garage and on the street where our guests park. The maintenance requests take forever to be filled and the hallways are always dirty due to lazy tenants and lack of cleaning by team. I cannot wait until I can move. This place is too expensive for what I have to deal with living here.

When we moved into the apt in July 2019, we were very pleased with the amenities, service from the leasing staff, and overall felt safe in the neighborhood. Fast forward to Fall 2020. While I understand the pandemic changed life for everyone, we were frustrated with how unsafe the complex/surrounding area had become. After moving out a month early, I continued to check my balance online to make sure everything was paid off. Since I never heard from the leasing office following the official end of our lease, I checked online to make sure we did not owe any final payment. I was surprised to see my

Do not move here! i repeat do not move here , the leasing agent liz & assistant manager kaitlin have poor class when it comes to taking care of their residents. there has been many break- ins. cars have been hit & damaged. tires have been stolen from cars in the parking garage. just last week, my apartment was serviced by pest control & the specialist stole $700 from me & they did nothing to help me. liz & kaitlin told me it had nothing to do with them. i left a review for the pest control company. they went back & left great reviews to undermine my review. the cameras surrounding

WARNING!!!!!!!! PLEASE READ & SEE PICS FOR VALIDATION BEFORE LEASING...

I am a single resident who currently lives in a smaller 1 bedroom (700+) sq ft apartment that has been subjected to ridiculously high water + sewage bills - as much as $118/mo. I know other single residents residing in one bedroom units at this complex who have also had $200+ WATER bills for one month's usage, with the office giving no express reason or offering any type of resolution. There have been 2 property managers at this location within the last year, and all that is communicated is - we've contacted

Now, I do not usually write reviews for places until I finish the interaction and given this is a newer complex, I really wanted to give them a decent review but I simply just can not.

I do not live there as of now so my experience is simply on the leasing process which was one of the worst leasing experiences that I have ever had. Like honestly, extremely frustrating. I felt like their aim was to make it as difficult as possible to lease for whatever reason.

The staff can be a bit rude which is a turn off, especially given the area in which they are located (Lindbergh/Buckhead area) and how

Despite the glamorous appearance of these apartments on the website, as a resident since March 2020, I guarantee you do not want to live here for the following reasons:

1 - The apartments are very cheaply built - you can hear your neighbors flushing the toilet, walking above your head, and even talking. Not the quality construction you'd expect to pay $2200 for a two bedroom.
2- You access the apartments/amenities and multiple entry points throughout the community using an app in your phone. If your phone is dead or you forget your phone you're basically locked out there's no emergency

Been living here for a few months and love it. It's tucked off and private which I love. Not only that but it's gated and the key fob system they use makes me feel very safe and service. It's right in between actual buckhead and midtown so you have access to pretty much everything. Also close to the marta station, grocery stores, and other stores are within walking distance. Love the staff that works here they are all very kind but considerate, they made me feel very welcomed moving in to the community. I've never had any difficulty getting in contact with the people that work

Nice place. Staff Is nice but if you don't meet a certain credit score they will decline you. The rep told us we would have a higher deposit so we applied only to be turned down and out of 550 application fees.

Worth it!

Great Location!

Great Amenities!

Amazing Staff!

I moved here from midtown and it was a very easy process. I literally stopped in on my way home and left a resident.

Molly, Caitlyn, Ladora, & the entire staff are amazing.

They will go above and beyond to ensure that you're always happy and that you are comfortable in your home.

The finishes in the apartment and are top notch. Granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, tile flooring, massive walk in closet, valet trash, luxer package service. You will have everything you need as well as the convenience
