I recently got a new job after leaving the Marines, in the process of this I left my home, went to training for my new job, where I had less than a week to find a new place to live. I lost 1600.00 in a scam because of it and had hit a very low point. Enter stage left Mrs. Jessica Chapman and her team at A1 Properties in South Carolina. They were very accommodating to my needs. I was able because of my traveling schedule to take advantage of their virtual experience, which allowed me to view the apartment, voice concerns, pay my down-payment all within roughly a 24 hour period ( sleep was involved

Jessica is a pleasure to rent from! Her timely response to questions and repairs makes renting from her a breeze. She is also known to go out of her way to do cute festive things for the holidays like Halloween decorating competitions and dropping off baked goods 💗. The grounds are kept immaculate and make you proud to come home to the property! I highly recommend renting with A1 properties!

Living at the Willington location has been extremely great! Jessica is always very fast at responding, she always gets you what you need, and she makes you feel at home. The location is perfect; quiet and comfortable and the apartment itself is so homey and inviting! 5 out of 5 I definitely recommend to anyone! (PLUS you can bring your kitty-or 2!)

I've personally rented from Jessica for 2.5 years and have known someone who's rented from her for 5.
With that being said I can say renting from Jessica is second to none. Not only is she an awesome person,… she is also someone who cares about what she does, always staying on top of what the property needs. Whether it be landscaping, an update or just something needing to be fixed, it always gets done.

My boyfriend and I lived at one of the A1 Properties for 2 years and have nothing but amazing things to say about the property. Jessica was always welcoming, understanding, and very reliable! If we ever had an issue Jessica was always speedy with response and action! The apartment felt like home. Everything about our apartment was up to our highest expectations! It was a pleasure living there! Highly, highly recommend Jessica's properties!
