The rental office staff is very professional, always smiling, ever courteous (especially Larry!); the maintenance crew is helpful and very supportive; and the Apartment Life Team is excellent. But what I love most about the place are the trails and trees and the peaceful and serene setting! I love it!

They charged my sister $300 for trashbags and hidden move out fees they payed $120 for a deep cleaning, valet trash didn’t come all week so they charged my sister $350 to remove it, she asked for them to email the copy of the move out agreement and they never sent it to her, I hate leaving bad reviews but this was truly disappointing, not to mention one of the employees Larry, tried to gaslight my sister saying they never called after having called all week, then when they called the manager Christin she was extremely rude,

Been living here for a few months and would love to actually use the gym but dues to my asthma and ac not being on every time I walk in, I can’t. I’ve now asked three times for it to be fixed and nothing has been done. I don’t know if they turn off the a/c after hours but if that’s the case they case they should just lock it after hours. This isn’t healthy.

I do in fact currently live here in Magnolia Ranch McKinney. Was worried to use my first name because I didn't want to be reached out to by staff that have been nothing short of abusive to both my friends and me, glad I didn't now.

Have lived here about a year now and it is safe to say this is one of the best places I have lived.
At first I was skeptical based on old reviews but man am I glad I listened to the newer ones. Alex was very nice and showed me around to over 15 apartments patiently until I found one that suited me perfectly. Both he and Larry made sure everything was perfect for my move in date.
Since moving in, it is clear that the staff really cares about you. Larry has been my go to guy to get anything taken care of immediately. Whether it be maintenance, issues with the property, or anything else, he makes

I’ve lived here for almost a year and just renewed my lease. I moved here right as COVID started and everyone was so reassuring and made sure to go the extra mile to make me feel safe and happy. Larry in the front office was great! I’ve also had great experiences with the assistant manager. She is always very helpful. Now that we’ve gone through this insane snow storm, I had to rave about how quick and efficient maintenance has been. My heater went out and within 30 minutes of submitting a service request, they were in here taking care of it. I really appreciate how polite and friendly everyone

These apartments have a stunning interior and if you’re going to talk to anyone, talk to Larry! That guy really goes above and beyond. Alex is also really helpful. The whole staff has seamless communication and everyone is willing to go the extra mile to make sure the process is smooth as possible. First-time apartment folks: try this place! They made it so simple and quick to get everything I needed to get started.

We were blamed for mice making holes through the wall and into our pantry. Then after almost 3 days of constant calling on my behalf and 10 mice caught, they came to see what was wrong. I got home and everything from my pantry was thrown on the floor, sticky traps were sticky side down on the floor and carpet and no new ones placed down for me. I didn't have much problems with living here but after seeing the lack of effort in this situation I wouldn't recommend living here. If I wasn't desperate for a place for my 1 year old and I to live at that is cheap, then I would definitely leave asap.

DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!!!! If I could put half a star here I would! Seriously, this place has been nothing but an inconvenience and a waste of my money. The people at the front are the sweetest people until you sign the contract and than they couldn't care less.
