Absolute TRASH!!! You can’t even get an inquiry about an apartment. I’ve been calling for two days now . They even picked up the phone and immediately hung up twice !!! You can hear the background when they pick up just to hang up . If you can’t even answer the phones to give information then i know as a tenant that there will be problems. First impression was definitely a FAIL!! Do better!

I don’t recommend this place to anyone . First they come in your apartment unannounced With three knocks if you don’t open, they enter like it’s their place which fine it’s ur place but why can’t u be quick to fix the apartment when I send orders to get fixed since it’s ur apartment .Been waiting for months for my a/c to be looked at. I have a door damaged by a flood that happen upstairs , they still can’t come fix. But yet when I owe you money oh they enter my place like nothing. I lived here for two years, there are a few words to describe this place. Rats roaches constant break-ins constant weed smoking and higher prices the gym is never open and the pool is always dirty, the leasing office staff are always rude. But, the maintenance people are amazing and the location is great. If you love constantly worrying about your safety and living with disgusting rodents pick here.

Lived here more than 3 years. I was low on money at the time and had little choice when they put me in a 3rd floor place with no sunlight. It was cold, damp place even for Dallas.
Over 3 years, I held my tongue but everything was breaking down constantly and band-aid solutions never held up. A/C, oven, dishwasher, toilet, fridge, power outlet, the list goes on. I finally moved out and they refused to return my deposit and charge me for repairs on things they had "fixed" over the years, over $500.
During those 3 years, they had my car towed twice, once for not having state sticker, and another

The first couple years I lived here I was very satisfied with my experience. However, there are certain things about the complex that have continued to slide downhill. For one, the pool STILL has not been fixed. It’s very frustrating to not have that amenity when I pay to live here. The complex took almost two weeks to fix a water leak that was forming a puddle outside my building after the ice storm. Myself and another neighbor had to file a report with the city. There’s only one dumpster and it gets full insanely quick. And I’ve been receiving notices about random charges and apparently

They required me to make the $200 deposit before they even know if I got approved for the apartment or not that was made. I have been asking for my deposit back due to them telling me I did not get the apartment. Apparently they post your deposit without knowing if you will get approved for the apartment or not. I have never heard of this at all and they are trying to keep my money. I am very much pregnant and just trying to find a place that suited me and my children. The office had my vehicle towed. I was parked in the same residential spot that I have parked in since I moved in. When I spoke with the office the only thing that was said to me was the legality of what they did. They sent 1 notice. I work 12 hour days and have not been able to make it in. I have lived at the apartment for a year and a half. I have been paying the month to month penalty for months now because I haven’t had the time to come in and talk to them. 1 note on my door about updating a sicker and they were aloud to tow my tuck. I had issues, but nothing to crazy. Just like some of the previous reviews stated, it is hard to get a hold to the rent office Mon-Fri. I typically received a faster response when I emailed them. My neighbors are noisy, but management can only control that so much. I never had any major bug issues. I am seeing ants a lot towards my end of stay. Which reminds me, pest control has never really kept their obligations to do their rounds consistently the way the lease stated they do. But still, it’s no infestation

The best thing about this apartment complex is the maintenance. He is absolutely outstanding and the reason I left two stars. The apartment had roaches and a millipede infestation. There was only one closet when the layout online said there were two, and it was entirely too small. No matter how many times I left requests to fix the heater, it was never done. The heater did not work in my unit, and also emitted an odor that was unpleasant and made me not want to invite anyone over.

If you're looking for somewhere run down, this is the place for you! It used to be a nice complex, but air conditioner is always out, the pathways are disgusting, paint on building is peeling and it looks disgusting, you have to haul your trash super far to the dumpster if you don't live in a unit near it (most of us have to drive our trash to the dumpster due to the haul), the grounds are alway dirty with trash and glass, parking is terrible if you come home after 8pm, it's hard to get in contact with the office by phone (I've saw them bluntly ignore the phone and make comments

Don't really have any complaints. They handle your maintenance requests promptly but you have to call them don't put the request in through the portal they don't seem to get them. I had gnats when I first moved into my unit but I used the apple vinegar trick and they left after about a month. I think it's an ok price compared to some of the other places in the area. I'll most likely stay here until I get a house. Been living here almost 2 years. Have seen a lot of office turnover but no real affect on the community. Pretty quiet they host little events. My family and I have been residents here for approx. 3 years and could not be more satisfied with the way management and maintenance are always willing to help and resolve any issue that may arise, I can't imagine the amount of work behind the scenes that a property of this size requires. I enjoy the spacious floor plan, the neighbors are non intrusive for the most part, parking is always available near my apartment and it's quite affordable comparatively. Been here for a 2 years, its very quiet. Management takes care of maintenance quickly. However, hate the ugly carpet, have had trouble to have them change it. Place could use a little upgrades. But, I do enjoy the privacy and quietness. I like it's spacious and the extra office space. The maintenance on the outside of the complex is well maintain, you always see workers picking up the trash and keeping a nice lawn. They have activities for the tenants and keep tenants inform by email or text of what is going on. Every had problems finding parking. Have not had pest problems.

The Willows on Rosemeade is a great place to live. I have lived there close to 10 years. I am super pleased. The management goes out of its way to make it a clean, safe environment. They did a quick fix when my water heater leaked ruining the carpet. I have never lived anywhere that is as nice and management is always wanting to get the community involved. I have only dealt with neighbors in a friendly way. They are quiet and if they are not you only need to call the office once to get them to not be so loud. They are pretty inexpensive, and I have 2 bedrooms when I wouldn't be able to have

I have been living at Willows on Rosemeade for 2.5 years. I love it! I never had any problems my my neighbors and its very quiet at night. The management team here does a very good job. Lindsay is awesome, anything that needs to get done it gets done within 24-48 hours. I like how i have a washer and dryer in my apartment. Plenty of parking for guests and affprdable. I highly reccommend living here.

This complex has new management & the same old apartments that they tried to upgrade to be newer not at all worth the money or additional fees they charge to add additional upgrades smh. Parking not bad but alot of traffic & police activity throughout the complex. Not alot is done regarding problems/issues being addressed. Enter at your own risk i guess.. look else where for better quality & your sanity

Great location. Great cosmetic upkeep compared to The Parks at Rosemeade (literally across the street). Where this place doesn't do it for me is the cost, and then their upgrade system. So a basic apartment is like $785, but you'll have to literally pay for every upgrade you want. Fresh counters (not granite)? $15 per month. All your appliances, including microwave and dishwasher? Oh, that's $30 or $40 per month. Want to have brushed nickel finishes? Add another $15-$25 per month.

I've been here for 8 months now. This place is perfect for families or singles. Im a single girl, never lived alone, and moved from another state. The moving process was so simple with the help of the office staff. Upon arrival, my apartment hadn't been fully cleaned, but they were very apologetic, the manager went over himself to finish up things that were unfinished and got maintenance in there right away. They also took $100 off my rent for the inconvenience.
I've had a few minor problems as all apartments do, leaks in the sink, leak in the AC, but maintenance is VERY quick,

I live here because I transferred from out of state. Here are my issues.Insincere smiles and work orders are closed out without completion or delayed. All this and I have only lived here for one month. We started on a bad note and I am certain we will end on one. I will follow up on this review with a final once I move. Over all I have found that staff turns over rapidly and those who have worked here a long time don't really care about service... I mean they really are like kiss my a** SMILE.
