Liberation Yoga
Liberation Yoga Online is an online yoga platform that exists for the sole purpose of creating Unity. By the very nature of its definition, yoga means "to bring together." This inspires and informs how we teach and how we practice. We are blessed to have our incredibly talented yoga instructors call Liberation Online home.

Our teachers have traveled the world through their practice and bring incredible knowledge and passion to their classes. Through the studio's online classes, workshops and other events, Liberation Online cultivates a practice that allows people to simply yet deeply access and connect more lovingly with their authentic power and spirit.

Most true to yoga studio I have found in Nashville! Nama was an interesting experience but I really enjoy the candlelight practices.

Not a big fan of the fact that I purchased visits via Groupon and was told that the expiration date was simply to load them on to my account. Now that I actually called to use the three remaining visits I was told that they had expired. After explaining what I had been told by one of the instructors Raquel did nothing to amend the problem and gave me a "sorry you're out of luck" response. Wasted visits, wasted money, and rude customer service doesn't get very far with me.

As a visitor out of town I felt extremely welcomes in the studio as soon as I walked in. Molly, my instructor, was a delight to work with. Great assists, language is inviting and the studio gives the local community a beautiful place to practice, meditate and be.

Lovely studio in great area of town. I took a class that Susie subbed for Christy and it was really enjoyable. I will be back here when I'm next in town.

Writing a negative review is no fun. But I hope my experience will prevent someone else from having the same misfortune. I had been an on & off yogi for 6 years. I was excited to finally dedicate myself to becoming a real yogi Summer 2014 with yoga practice 3 days/week. I bought the package, went religiously & felt great. Until I noticed my back hurting. I told the teachers (Raquel & Llyod), but nothing was suggested. The pain started to get so crippling bad that I had to stop yoga altogether & go to an orthopedic surgeon who diagnosed me with "Degenerative Disc Disease"

Liberation is as good as it gets. I've been so impressed and so grateful to find Liberation in Nashville when I moved here a year ago. The quality of instruction by Raquel and all of the other teachers, and the spirit of the studio--is amazing. It's a sanctuary and a respite, and a welcoming place regardless of your experience level or your training.

One thing I appreciate most about Liberation is that it's a yoga studio where you go to practice yoga and truly learn how to better your practice. Of course it's a great workout for body (and spirit and mind), but it's not
