I came to visit my Granddaughter who moved in to Eagle Pointe a few months ago. The property is well kept, grounds are very nice with lots of trees, plenty of parking, and very quiet. We had a maintenance issue and the maintenance man got there quickly and took care of it. The location is great. Established neighborhoods in the area as well as great restaurants and shopping.

Extremely poor and rude customer service from Brad and his supervisor Mike. I had been on auto draft since my lease and they wanted to update their systems. I was told they had to cancel their update and the draft would continue to run normal come the next month. Next month my payment did not draft and I’m served with a notice and several late fees. I called to discuss why my payment was late and was called a liar when bringing up my previous conversation stating the draft would still run for the next month. Extremely aggressive behavior by the customer service team who belittled and attacked

Paid to have amenities that were broken, club house was converted to apartments which reduced amenities but not rent, quoted one price for garages but charged 40 more per month, electrical outlets did work, maintenance would claim things worked like burners on stoves when they don't, claimed new carpet yet stained, etc They want your money but don't want to fix anything

Christopher and I moved in together in July. We were beyond excited to start this next chapter together. We worked with Carissa at Eagle Pointe and she was fabulous from the first time we met to yesterday when we turned our keys in. She showed us multiple units and we finally decided on the floor plan we felt would be perfect to start this next chapter. Flash forward to our move in day, July 2020. Three months after moving out, I was contacted by a bill collector & given three days to pay $611 for damages. We would have been happy to pay any bill owed to the complex directly - however, I was never notified of this bill. They have my email, phone number, & forwarding address, so there is absolutely no reason that they could not have contacted me directly, months ago. Inexcusable & unprofessional.

Lived here a while, never had any problems with the leasing staff or maintenance. The appliances are a little dated, but they work and if I have had any issues for maintenance, the big guy has always been out within a day and has always done a great job fixing any issues (sorry can’t remember his name). They supply all the bulbs and filters at my request, everything I could need, has just been a phone call away! Only complaint I have is about other residents, most are to lazy to put their own trash in the dumpster, but even with that, it’s cleaned up within a day. I highly recommend them!

I've lived at Eagle pointe for 2 years. I sadly had to move due to work relocation. I would have never left if it wasn't for that. I loved my apartment and the staff is amazing. They always worked with me and got the job done. The girls in the office are awesome and always very helpful. If I get the chance again, I would definitely live there again.

I lived there for two years. Asked for a walk through on our move out, and were told they usually didn’t do those. We received a bill for 300 dollars of course. Also, never received the money for our referral. Cheap fixtures that break throughout apartment...maintenance is usually pretty quick though. Our layout also lacked storage space in my opinion.
