I'm in a CWS property in AZ. They're hiking the rent up here too and not maintaining the place too well compared to the previous owners. CWS bought the property a couple of years ago. Not impressed.

DONT MOVE HERE THEY STEAL YOUR FUR BABIES!! My service animal was lost at the Marquis Midtown District in Atlanta 4702313287 while visiting a friend on the weekend over the next several days I tried contacting… the property with no success by phone, finally when speaking to office staff I was informed my dog was found by a resident, taken for a check up and given away, when I asked for the contact number of who my pet was given to they refused and informed me that they couldn’t release the information and my pet was no longer mine, the moral thing to do is to return the pet, why would

I enjoyed living at the Park at Flower Mound. HOWEVER, when COVID hit and I, a single mother, was laid off they had absolutely NO COMPASSION. I tried to arrange payment arrangements and they wouldn't work with me. The then reported my account to collections with no notice or response to my request. They don't care about you only your money!

The only thing good thing about the Marquis at Stonebriar is that the maintenance team is good and quick to respond. But CWS Management needs to seriously look into changing the property manager here. The property manager, Amada Turner, seems to think it’s appropriate to constantly schedule random inspections and renovations insides apartments while tenants are STILL LIVING THERE but doesn’t put the effort into ensuring that apartments are ready prior to tenants moving in. Amada also will notify you, at short notice, about the inspection/renovation literally a day before it’s scheduled and

I tried to call them to get employment verification for an employee I wanted to hire. They never answered the phone, returned calls, responded to faxes/emails.
The employee then had to provide me with tax information and other proof of employment (she worked here several years and was even promoted a few times).
Look at my history, I have never left a one-star review before; but the fact that they cannot answer a simple inquiry in 2 weeks and are willing to jeopardize someone’s career to satisfy their own laziness tells you a lot about this company and supports all the negative reviews from

My entire adult life, I've only ever worked for CWS Apartment Homes. Long time coworkers are some of my best friends. I've always felt valued; my hard work and feedback mattered. It's always felt like the perfect fit in a dream job at an incredible company. It hasn't always been easy or fun, but luckily I've always had a huge support system that's had my back.

In my 16 years, I've had both the small accomplishments celebrated, as well as the big ones. But a surprise flower delivery on a Tuesday to celebrate the incredible month our teams had in July might take

Update: This place keeps getting worse. I would give them zero stars if I could. They know their AC system doesn't work but they refuse to do anything to fix it. I once again for the 7th time this summer have no A/C and they are taking several days to fix it. Avoid this place!!!!

I have been without air conditioning for over a week now. It's… July. Every time I talk to them it's a different excuse as to why it's not getting fixed. Even when it was "working", I was getting power bills close to $200 a month for my small one-bedroom. I also asked them to make our package room more handicapped

Regarding The Marquis at Clear Lake:
EDIT: Corporate got involved for a bit but realized that there were liabilities when I got an attorney involved and the front office had their boyfriends and other start padding the reviews. They leave “seemingly concerned” responses on reviews that lead to nothing and point you in the direction of the source of… the problem. Some of the amenities that many people have been asking to be fixed for months, suddenly got fixed, as if it could have been done at any time. They’re in for a rude awakening.

Marquis Canyon Ridge is an over-priced, shabby complex. Apartments are small, the grounds are not well maintained, and rent is high. The community manager, Michele, is extremely unfriendly, unresponsive, and uncaring, and her manager at CWS, Kimberly, is no better.
I moved out of this complex after four lease terms, and Michele tried to charge me $365 in fees for a full cleaning, full repaint, and full recarpeting, even though I left the apartment very clean and there was no paint damage outside normal wear and tear over four years. The carpet was damaged due to pets, but it wasn't even new when

I’ve lived at the Marq at Brookhaven for 3+ and my toilet has been clogged 40+ times. I am really dissatisfied with this company. It was clogged on Wednesday and I woke up this morning and it is clogged again. Please maintenance I need to use the bathroom.

The Marquis Buckhead management/leasing office is very unresponsive and will not return phone calls. The complex had 2 vehicle break-ins to the same truck within 7 days and the apartment complex or their management office has done nothing about it. The manager at the office told my daughter last week that she was talking to upper management that… day about the security cameras not working and would get back to her ASAP. This incident happened right outside her apartment entrance. Also, the lease to the apartment is up very soon and she told her she would not be renewing it unless something

As both a resident and employee of CWS, I feel this company truly has residents’ best interests at heart. Throughout this pandemic, they have been proactive and consistently communicated to keep residents informed. They have also done a lot to keep our spirits high like hosting dance lessons and at-home workouts, giving us a Domino’s Pizza gift… card, and creating a cookbook of recipes submitted by residents! Even residents that are struggling financially have been offered assistance from CWS to get through this tough time. Actions likes these make me proud to be an employee

Do NOT move to The Nash or you will very quickly regret it. I moved in about a month ago and have been miserable ever since. The apartment was not clean and had leftover food residue and grease in the kitchen, even though it was vacated almost a month prior to me moving in. Management wouldn’t offer any solutions to resolve this due to COVID-19. I… had to find someone on my own to clean the filth that was left from the previous tenant and requested to be reimbursed. The office staff is completely incompetent and are extremely unprofessional. The phones are never answered in the leasing office and messages are never returned . The current property manager Amy at Marquis at great hills is completely unproductive and unprofessional. She is unaware of the what staff have followed back on or not especially when it… comes to service request . We have ask her on a few occasions to give upper management via corporate or regional information and has said several times that corporate does not care and will do nothing about what’s going on at this property
