To be recognized as the premier provider of dependable, courteous and professional towing and emergency road services through the implementation of state-of-the-art technology and equipment, strict standards of performance and highly-trained employees.

To claim a leadership position by setting a new industry standard through unmatched attention to detail, a singular commitment to safety and an overwhelming desire to exceed the expectations of our customers.Over the last 15 years our goal has been to shift the paradigm of a loosely-organized towing industry; one which has traditionally supplied inefficient and inconsistent service and is poorly perceived by the public.
Services
Spanning five decades of service and growth within Southern California, MetroPro is positioned to take on the challenges of the future. As MetroPro's management team looks forward, we continue to build upon our reputation of honest, ethical and reliable service. We will continue to invest in state-of-the-art equipment and technology, rigorous training programs and the hiring of superior employees.
Located in Santa Ana, Anaheim, Costa Mesa, Huntington Beach and Irvine, each of these facilities provides inside and outside vehicle storage and delivers customer support through on-site managers. Centrally located, our 30,000 square foot headquarter building sits on a four-acre site and includes general office, management, dispatch, customer service, fleet maintenance and lien sales functions.
Currently, MetroPro has a fleet of 50 trucks, 70 employees and five impound facilities serving Orange County. The genesis of the MetroPro organization occurred in 1961 when Santa Ana Towing was founded. Santa Ana Towing began on a simple principle to earn a reputation for superior customer service supported by a foundation of unwavering integrity.
Anyone taking property from vehicles will be removed from the property and not permitted to attend future auctions. All vehicles will be sold to the highest bidder. At the time of acceptance of the highest bid a non-refundable deposit of at least 10% of the sales price will be immediately demanded from the successful bidder.

Not a big fan of the blind bid auction. Makes it really difficult. And makes you bid higher than you normally would due to the fact that you don't want to be outbid. So you wind up paying more for a car that you would have paid less for in a regular auction. That's in my humble opinion. Good luck God bless

Police located our stolen Camry Solara in Santa Ana...the OC Sheriff notified us, but we couldn't make to to claim the car before it was impounded in the Metro Pro impound Center. The next day we went to get our car. Sherri had been enormously helpful with information about the car and what we had to do to reclaim the vehicle. The entire process was professional and secure, and I would like to thank Thomas and Roberto for their professionalism and attention to detail.

Receptionist is rude. Place is run down and the charges are ridiculously high. Also double charged a gate fee for looking for registration in vehicle. Luckily like many towing companies it doesn't matter what the person being fleeced thinks of the "services". The actual yard attendant was nice though which is funny cause I would guess the company likely pays poorly despite charging highly.

Even though working for a towing company is a hated profession (unless they provide roadside service and not just towing for the police-another hated profession), this place was "alright" as much as police-contracted towing companies go.
My car stopped working and had been parked on the street I live on for a little over a month. I did not have the money or time to tow it to a repair shop and get it fixed. Eventually it got towed. After speaking with the Irvine police department, I recieved A&P's number. I spoke with a grizzled old lady named Trisha or Tanya or something. Although she had a bit

Was recently involved in a car accident in Santa Ana en route home and PD towed my car here. I had to go over and retrieve my belongings the next day and Metropro was very friendly, efficient, and the service was superb! One of the employees drives you in a cart to find your vehicle and helped retrieve my belongings.

Today myself and another friend had talked to Mike prior to coming to the MetroPro location to pick up the car from the lot. However, communication with Mike proved to be a little faulty, but Jesse Gomez (who was still in the office) did everything and beyond to help us out. Jesse stayed after his shift (which ended at 5) until after 6 to help accommodate us, even though we encountered problem after problem. Thank you thank you thank you!! Five stars for Jesse Gomez (and not Mike).

Axel came and helped me with my car issues. It was having problems starting. I was told it would take close to an hour for him to arrive but it only took 20 minutes! By the end of the hour I had a new battery installed and learned a lot more about the car. Overall it was a very good experience and I'm very satisfied with the help I received!

Jason's great on the customer service front, real personable, and we chatted jovially, he even suggested his favorite camping spot. The one demerit that I have for him is he hooked the car from the left front control arm instead of the frame. I suppose I could've dinged him more stars for that, but being a fellow automotive industry person I didn't want to do that.

Called AAA to tow my car to a mechanic, I ws told it would take about 45 minutes for them to arrive but it really took only about 20 for me. I never had a car towed before, but Jason looked like he knew exactly what he was doing. Took 5 minutes and bam we were on the road, he's great and fun to converse with. Thanks a bunch for helping me out!

Jose Figueroa was excellent. I needed a tow for my 71 Buick Riviera and he took great care of me and my car. Jose was friendly, helpful and professional. And, he was well familiar with the specific manner in which older American cars need to be hooked up and transported. Overall, considering the circumstances, a great experience...

I was in a car accident and my car was brought here. Once I came to pick up my car so I won't get any more fees on top of my tow already. The guy was rude in the front desk and told me that they couldn't release my car because it was not drivable and they couldn't tow to my address because of association rules and they don't get involved with associations. So I'm guessing they just wanted me to leave my car here so they can get more money for staging my car overnight. They told me I could call another tow company that will deal with my issue. So now I found another tow

Ran out of gas on 55s, 3 miles from Metro pro. Called them and told them I needed gas and she said it would be $69 and 30 minutes which is ok for me. Said guy would call. Guy shows up 15 minutes late, 45 minutes total. He has no gas in the gas can. Comes back 20 minutes later with 2 gallons in the 5 gallon can. Pours it all in. Won't have gas for the next guy either. Doh! No tip for dumdum.
