The elevator in my building has not worked since August 24th. The lights in the parking lot never work , they said all the gates would be functioning and they are not. They try to make it up by having a residence appreciation. If they truly appreciate us they would do more to get the issues fixed. I pay too much money in rent to feel like I am living in the slums.

I’ve lived here for a year and a half and I really try to find the good but there are so many issues. The apartments themselves are very nice, great amenities, but that’s about it. The office staff are very hard to get in contact with. They’ll harass you saying they need to speak with you, but then when you call and email them they don’t respond. Secondly, PARKING IS TERRIBLE! There are not enough guest spots. My parents got towed because they parked in a vacant spot and their car got towed. Actual residents park in guest spots because there isn’t enough spots for us to park and then

I have lived in the complex for 6 weeks now and I live on the 4th floor. The elevator has been broken since the day I moved in. I had to pay my movers additional $$ to climb 4 flights of stairs. Each time I email, call or go in it’s a flakey excuse that makes no sense. Visitor parking is awful. If you want to a spot you need to arrive between 1-4pm. If you have a late night out and don’t have reserved parking, good luck. I would not recommend this complex to anyone.

The gates are broken so they leave them open 24/7. Parking is an absolute nightmare. There’s never enough. Most people like us have to pay an extra $100 a month just for parking. Many other residents don’t clean up after their dogs. The office is hard to get ahold of, and slow to respond. The apartments are nice enough, but there are a lot of these issues.

Happy New Resident! This place is a very clean and tidy establishment, located in a quite neighborhood with many amenities nearby. From schools, to HEB not even a mile away, this place checks out all the boxes. The entire property is very clean and well maintained, and the people working there are phenomenal. Emily Roeder has helped us, and I personally recommend you work with her, however everyone working there is incredibly helpful. You owe it to yourself to come check out the granite tops and stainless steel appliances, lakefront setting, and the overall cozy and welcoming environment. Will

While in a search for a decent apartment two years ago I couldn't quite find one that was nice and provided a sense of security. Till I crossed this one, and the staff, especially Nicole, she is amazing and providing professionalism and taking care of her tenants, I did consider trying another place but when I have an issue Nicole is quick to find a solution. Thank you for making living here most enjoyable!
