I moved here in April during the pandemic and let me say the staff is amazing. Jessica got us in here quickly. Having a reliable home during this time is crucial. While living here there was a time I couldn't pay my rent due to the pandemic and the staff did everything they could to find us assistance and they succeeded. They go above and beyond. Thank you Nicole and Jessica. I love my apartment. I love the property. I also couldn't ask for better neighbors. I haven't had one issue since being here for almost a year now. Five stars northwood Villa.

I do not recommend moving to this place. I lived here for 1 year. Off the bat they charge you 6 hours of cleaning so dont expect a full refund of your security deposit. Dealt with a problem next door neighbor the whole year i was there. The ramsey county sheriff's would be in the building at least once a week due to problem people. I have no complaints for the staff just how things are ran in the management. If you have other options to move to run from this place.

Moved here in April and it's been amazing! Staff are super helpful despite all the stuff they deal with, and are always prompt in response to concerns! It's always clean and quiet and neighbors are generally friendly. Location is great - close enough to everything that nothing is too far of a drive or bus ride, and there's an awesome convenience store within walking distance if youre ever in need right away. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to move.

Management was really nice when we first moved in but after that things got worse. First of all the accused us of making a lot of noise when we're not even in there.The assistant manager does not know what the manager is doing. The accused us of smoking and I have never lit a cigarette in my life. When is time to move out they wanted to charge us clean up fees when I had called a professional cleaner twice the week before we moved out to have it professionally cleaned. like I said nice at first but extremely rude and ignorant at the last. Everything is great except for the cigarette smoke. A lot of people, at least in our building, smoke constantly(both weed and ciggs) when they are home and unfortunately because of the age and/or structure of the building the smoke seeps into our entire apartment pretty badly. I can literally tell when the neighbor below us is smoking during the day because of this. Kenny was helpful with the foam sealant but its just not doing much of anything nowadays. We have 2 air purifier that we use to try to fight it off but the smoke permeating is constant. There is little sympathy here for non smokers

I will say I've never had any issues living here. Carmen and Nicole are great they stay on top of things and whenever me and my roommate needed anything fixed Kenny the main maintenance guy was on top of it the next day. Always friendly .my only problem with living here is the parking situation I love how well kept up the apartment building is. I plan on moving into a 1bedroom and staying here for another year or so and it's also close to everything. You can't go wrong!!

The worst place I had rent in my life the management are the worst people I have dealt with, they kept my security deposit for the carpet on top of it they still sent a bill. I would not recommend anybody to rent in this, If you have kids you will complaint from the neighbors. I lived here for two years I when I moved in I saw a lot of people moved out because the management are the worst people if I could I would give them 0 star.

Very unhappy with many experiences at Northwoods. To start when I moved in, People were still finishing up painting, and cleaning - but did a horrible job as many cabinets still had someone else's junk in them and the floor in the bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned in a year. Next the rent they charge is equal to much newer places, that offer way more than a tiny outdoor pool, small playground, and some picnic tables. They allow large dogs which is awesome, but one dog attacked 3 different dogs and they didn't do anything about it. They offer NO visitor parking whatsoever unless you get
