This place is horrible to live my car got stolen from here and once i told the office they said they did not have any cameras and couldn’t do anything about it also my parking permit was in my car that got stolen and when i asked them for another one they said i had to pay 40 dollers why if that wasnt my fault

These apartments by far are the worst I have ever lived in. The maintenance is horrible as well as living conditions I have put several work orders and have waited weeks for them to be fulfilled. After 2 years of being and these apartments are Carpets are supposed to be replaced. Then ever want to replace them the last 2 months that we live there we had a leak in one of the pipes they replaced the pipe right away thank Gosh But the holes that they had to make to get to the pipes remain there for 2 months. We never received a call or an email when they were going to come and replace or fix them

Management and service is awesome here! Most ratings must be bitter. Explains why there is no explanation for bad ratings. Come make your own mind up, you will not regret it. The staff here always go above and beyond to please their residents here from my personal experience. Highly recommend this very affordable but comfortable complex.

This place is fine except for the tenants throwing trash everywhere!!!! There is a dumpster but they just throw it next to it because they're lazy. It makes my apt look like a dump and its gotten annoying. By leaving it outside, squirrels get in it and then it blows all over the place!! Its disgusting. Oh I also witnessed from my balcony, a 7yr old kid trying to rip the hood ornament off my friends car and purposely running his big wheel into the front of my vehicle!!!!! Didn't know I lived in the ghetto, I do now.
