Over priced apartments!!
They claim to have 24 hours emergency maintenance they don’t. They only had 1 maintenance person for almost a whole year. So wait time was up to 3 months depending if your situation was an “emergency”, but even then it takes about a month. Even when they had 2 people in maintenance it took a little over a month. The pool has been opened only a half a summer and I’ve lived there for 5 years. The clubhouse isn’t really a clubhouse. It’s a leasing office with a over priced laundromat and a really bad “fitness center”. The weight workout machine doesn’t even

If I could give this sorry complex 0 stars I would. DO NOT MOVE HERE! My garbage disposal has been broke for over a year. They have loud fans running under the apartment beneath me & after telling sorry management it was disturbing, they said it would be turned off later that day. So here we are the next day & the fans are still on, making it a total of 3 days. Every year we get a new manager & every year the new one is worse than the previous one. Again DO NOT MOVE OVER HERE!

I’ve had the BEST experience from this apartment complex, they make you feel like it’s home , this is my very first apartment , the approval process was very easy & simple .. the two ladies that are currently working in the office are BIG HELPS ! They really do their best & I couldn’t appreciate them enough , they are very sweet & kind women & I salute both of them for doing their jobs , Tiffany was very nice through the tour & she gave me the run down of everything & Jereisha sat with me for several hours & she went through the WHOLE application with me , nice environment, clean & welcoming

I have been at this apartment complex for about 6 yrs and while here I have seen several management teams come and go which has brought it's own set of issues, but wasn't to bad. The new Management team of Felecia and Tiffany have changed the entire culture of Creek side Landing in great way. They are kind, prompt in their responses, the care about our community and the residents. Although Felecia is no longer with the community, Tiffany has continued the exceptional leadership that was set with her welcoming demeanor, personable approach and quick responses to concerns. Currently leased here first moved in March Tiffany was helpful, welcoming made me feel like home. First few months were awesome!! No problems! But recently almost two months ago I found out I had a leak and mold all over my apartment even the flooring was rotting in the apartment. we called the office and emailed them they didn’t come almost after 4 days to come fix the leak and the next day it was leaking once again. After a week I Had to take my daughter to the hospital for trouble breathing because of her asthma because we have mold all over the apartment. We contacted them they said they

I have been living at Creekside Landing for 2 years and I am pleased with this area, the grounds is kept nicely and it is a nice quiet complex. When I moved here there were two (2) maintenance workers..now for the past couple of months there is only one worker, Tory Mathis, who does this whole complex single-handed, and I must say he does a Great Job!!!🤙🏽🤙🏽 Work orders and maintenance work is a little behind, due to One (1) worker..

I would like to thank Tiffany at 18 Weather Hill Circle location, because she "Rock." My brother is relocating and she made it an awesome experience for us, even when we were going crazy, she stayed calm and helped us through the whole process. We have our Keys!!!!
