Stay away! It's an absolute disaster of a apartment complex. The management and customer service staff are arrogant and rude. This apartment is flooded with pest (roaches) and the staff refuse to call out exterminators. If you are moving from out of state and you are trying to find a place to live PLEASE FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE. The front desk will let your packages get stolen and will do nothing about it. There is a huge concern about security due to the front door in building 2 being broken so anyone is just able to walk in without having a key fob. We are under new management as of December 2020

I hate to write this review but I am having tons of issues with the package pickup, The whole package pickup system seems to be broken. You tend to loose important deliveries. The front desk person today 01-28-2022 (after 5 PM) even refused to even look out for my package. She was very rude. I am better off getting my package delivered else where maybe at my friends location. I loose time and money chasing after my deliveries.

This apartment was sold and is under complete new manage as of TODAY! I capitalized today because I have never been treated so rudely since I lived here. The quality of these apartments is already unacceptable and now they have moved in a company that has hired very rude and demeaning employees. For $2000 a month this experience has been horrible. I was hoping with new ownership things would get better but wow, we are now breaking our lease.

I was looking into moving to Eons but unfortunately I was assisted or lack there of by Melissa who was dismissive, rude and at best incompetent. After attempting to get my information to her two times after she provided incorrect information as well as being unresponsive, I decided to move on. If this is how she treats potential tenants, I can only imagine how she treats them once in a binding lease. Avoid her if possible.

Disrespectful Behavior by Leasing Office Personnel
Today when I was studying with my friend in the study lounge. My friend wanted to use the restroom on the 1st floor and the bathrooms are locked and have code on them. To get the code, I walked to the leasing office along with my friend and I saw leasing office personnel (Robert Slater) and casually asked him by saying “Excuse me, can you please tell me the restroom code?”
He just had come out of the office and turned to speak with someone else. He turned to me and said “Don’t you see I am talking to someone?” And I was shocked the

This is the worst complex anyone human could ever live in. This residents water and electricity bill has doubled due to management not addressing the issue. Look at these photos and tell me whether or not you would like to live in this unit. What's most disappointing when its brought to the management team and regional office you are ignored. If this situation isn't resolve I will be contacting an attorney and posting on social media - perhaps someone will listen then. It's very disappointing that this property is in Buckhead which is very misleading.

REFERRAL BONUS IS A LIE. The management will tell you that they pay you 500 dollars as a referral bonus but will never settle the amount. While leaving the apartment they would charge of unnecessary things. There is no cleanliness in the public areas mainly parking. I would not recommend the community.

Would give zero stars if there is a chance. Its just been one month and seems like I've got a good idea of their capabilities. My experience in chronological manner:
1. We moved into the apartment with a non working A/C. The response: You cant reach the leasing office, they wont respond to your voicemails and raising a maintenance request on the phone had zero response. Next tried the app (before having to take it up with a staff); the service person came in 2 days later and did a shoddy job. Had to get him to come again, for having the A/C thermostat set correctly. The management was aware of

This place used to be nice I have lived here for 2 years sadly its not nice anymore. You have people playing loud music till 3 in the morning every night. There are people cussing at each other till the early hours of the morning. Nobody seems to care. The apartments are beautiful but the living experience has become a nightmare. I am counting the days till my lease is over.

I finally moved out of this luxury apartment, and thankfully. My car was burglarized 4 times, the apartment across from me was raided by the police and there have been 2 shootings since I moved in a year ago. As this is a business and they cannot discriminate they have no choice but to let anyone rent here. A luxury apartment should be held to a… luxury standard. Trash is constantly left out in the hallways to rot, fruit flies everywhere, and the roach infestation is ridiculous. Therefore, the quality of tenant is not Eons fault, however their response time is egregious. I have sent them

I've been a resident at Eon for nearly 2 years and I have to take a moment to Applaud the staff & management of my leasing office. I've lived in several apartment complexes throughout the US and this team is Exceptional. These ladies are efficient, attentive, professional and warm. And given the current chaos we are living in with COVID-19, they continue to provide (safe!) service above and beyond what any resident could expect. A++ ☆☆☆☆☆
