First off the other reviews concerning bug problems are accurate. You want know until the first week or two after moving in or later. Huge roaches no exaggeration. Roaches outside on front porch, balcony, laundry room, hallway and other miscellaneous bugs. Super Thin walls.Sometimes my neighbors under me sound above me. They seriously need to treat all apartments in building for bugs efficiently. maintenance I’m not sure what to say the question is do they have a maintenance staff? Trash can be a problem when people leave it on the ground. There need to be a limit on pets. Descent area n location

Loud neighbors in the entire building. Neighbors were harassing me and the experience scarred me. Management however was really nice and really accommodating. Though that does not make up for the experience I have been through. Word of advice, record all incidents should things get bad.

They really worked me, walked me thru the rental experience. I have a lovely apartment with a balcony. Any maintenance issues have been handled efficently. I just adore the office staff. They are very personable. My only negative concern is that there is only 1 washer and dryers for 8 apartments. I can live with that though. My apartment is in a very quiet area.

Nice, pretty, health promoting woods & RPD faith leaders team visits the community when tragedy strikes. Safety & community can B achieved with a sliver of trust, a big slice of repeat observations & a ray of faith.

I'm not sure what buildings the people with bad experiences are in, but my building is towards the front and the only issues I've noticed thus far are parking and noisy upstairs neighbors. But other than that it's a great space for the price. I haven't had any bug issues and they are more than willing to spray if I so happened to have an issue. Maintenance has been very responsive and the office staff is friendly and professional.

Do not move here. Worst place possible. Staff is so incompetent. I relayed maintenance issues I was having and for a whole month they kept giving me excuses. So I finally called corporate. Roaches everywhere! Had our apartment cleaned 3 times and no results. Had a nasty maintenance man come to my door and start playing with and rubbing his area. They kept acting like we were the problem. Had issues with neighbors and they would never do anything about them. I was threatened by my neighbors. The office does not care about the residents. All they want is money. Run for the hills and do not move here

The only good thing I have to say is the lady in the office is nice and very friendly. Everything else blows... The first week in the apartment I found out it was roach infested (biggest roaches I'd ever seen). Constantly people rolling through complex bumping bass all day and all night. This place is EXTREMELY LOUD. The walls are paper thin so you hear your neighbors conversations. Even heard my neighbor roll over in bed once - not kidding. The laundry is expensive. On the plus side the apartments are affordable, but I guess you get what you pay for... Can't wait until my lease is up in another

First thing first, Janay was great the entire time ! The first leasing agent that set me up I believe her name was Carrie was the worse AFTER I moved in. However, it started off as a great start to a FIRST apartment, and then it went down hill. PARKING was ridiculous I was forced to walk almost 4 buildings down to get to my apartment at night with my daughter. There were ALWAYS people standing in front of my building, and didn’t want to move making me feel uncomfortable, not to mention the dudes would try to hit on you everyday, not safe for a woman living alone.The WALLS were super thin you

Timbercreek is GREAT. They recently got a new staff and they are amazing. The Manager has an open door policy and never avoids a tenant with an issue. She is real with people and doesn't try to tell you what you want to hear....she is honest and cuts the bs. I forget her name, Valerie I think...she will do whatever she can to help you. If you have an issue ask for her.
