Affordable apartments. I only went to visit. The neighbors cry so loud and it sounds like women getting beat up on different occasions or screaming outside at the top of their lungs at the guys. It’s super sad. If I was single maybe I’d live here, but with kids I wouldn’t.

They never fix anything they said they put a work order and it takes a month to get fix poor management playground it is so dirty you call office and never get a answer

this is in our apt, and they won’t fix it. dirtiest apartments ever. even one time we had sewege leaking around the apartments. save yourself and do NOT come here. you’ll regret it.

The children's playgrounds are disgusting unkempt with broken glass all over broken play ground equipment leaving hazards for the children to get seriously injured. Trash and stink also litter the playgrounds...

Apartments are definitely not livable , they never fix anything and when they do it’s a quick fix so within a couple of months or less the problem comes back.Do yourself a favor and don’t move here , there’s way better apartments for rent in the 79907 area.

Only lived there for 6 months and in those 6 months we had issues with are unit first we had electric power problems the lights would be flicker on off all the time I called maintenance several times but no respond it took them 3 months to fix same with the for the sink and the ceiling it's not worth to live there I have many more issues with that place all I can say don't move there

Quality of service has declined since the new manager came on boatd. Staff continues to leave and the tenants pay the price. Office personnel are somewhat rude.

Ever since I moved in here they have not fixed anything , been here for a few months , AC never works , broken sink , they needed to replace stove . All they say is they’re putting in a work order no one ever comes . It’s absolutely rediculous

I live in this apartments and I like it.
Staff always there to help, parking clean, pools clean, but i never see a roach in my apartment. Is a great place. Only the rent is a little to high. But everything else is goid. So far.
