Critical: Professionalism, Quality
Takes them forever to make fix maintenance requests and the people especially the manager Kevin is very rude. They are never understanding. My last maintenance request took two months to fix. The former management did a lot better in my perspective. I won’t recommend this apartment at this time

Whenever there is an issue, Taylor and Kevin always help out with my issue and explain what's going on when I have asked about my trash pickup or when my dishwasher went out after moving in as a new tenant or if I needed something handled on my rent payment ledger. They resolved my issues and it made me renew my lease again. Plus my new dishwasher works great. They are there when I have issues and I appreciate them as a tenant living in this community.

Heron Pointe is definitely a place you would be glad to call home! Such a beautiful property and I have honestly never experienced a more caring office staff. Taylor is the assistant property manager and she has always been so sweet and attentive to everything she does for the residents. She not only cares, but is truly knowledgeable about the property / company and will always go the extra mile to make sure everyone’s needs are taken care of. Thank you for all you do!

Management is super friendly and helpful. I often go down there just to catch up with them. Maintenance team is awesome. They are so nice and professional. They fix any issues I have right away. They have a great team! Bonus points because this complex is an awesome place to walk my dog every morning and I can even take the trail down to the lake!

I would absolutely recommend Heron Pointe Apartments. It's a nice community, and the staff is great. We have a new property manager, Kevin, who is very helpful. Not to mention he is hilarious! The assistant manager, Taylor, is so sweet and personable. Everytime I come in their office I am always welcomed with a smiling face. Thanks Heron Pointe for making this a nice home :)

They don’t clean up after dogs or provide enough bags, I took the photo after the trash had been overflowing for 2 weeks. When contacted, they said it’s cleaned weekly, if that’s true they need to hire more scoopers. I advice looking around the entire property if touring, not just the first building. Lots of dogs off leash. Loud upstairs neighbors making noise until 5am. Smoking in non-smoking buildings. Staff couldnt care less when we complained. One of the employees actually told me that the smokers should “just try to hide it better”
Kevin was new when we moved and he seemed helpful

If you’re looking for a great apartment with luxury amenities without the downtown Nashville price, this is definitely the place!! Kevin & Taylor in the leasing office are absolutely wonderful and overall very outgoing, which makes the moving process so much better!

It appears from the majority of the more recent reviews Fletcher, Taylor and Melanie are concerned with providing the best of service to new, potential residents. Unfortunately, I wish the same could be said for residents that have lived here for almost 4 years. I have been here through the many management changes and can truly say their lack of willingness to actually provide an answer is astonishing. Every question is pushed off to another person, another day, another department. I have never experienced feeling so utterly pushed aside as I have with the many conversations with Taylor, Melanie

DO NOT LIVE HERE. Worst management ever, no communication. They will charge you for cleanings and damages on a perfectly clean apartment when you move out, and then ignore your emails and phone calls. These people are SCAMMING residents.

I moved out of Heron Pointe in January/February. It was a terrible experience from the beginning, but now it is just unacceptable. We are supposed to receive a refund from Heron Pointe and still have not received it. Every time I inquire about it, they claim they have sent it in the mail and we will receive it soon. It has been months and still no refund. Now when I call they won't answer or dance around the issue and say it will be sent.

Worst place ever !!! stay away from here !!!
Place looks nice only from outside! Stuff only nice till you sign the lease, while I was talking to manager in her office she was eating some junky food like a pig… in front of me so disgusting... all our staying period we had to deal with tons of roaches, ants, mice’s, spiders on the wall that we couldn’t get rid of it, they are keep coming from air vents. their water-heater is the most cheap one in the market, it has problems all the time, had few time floods , have seen snakes, rats in the porch, I was so happy when I finally moved

Worst leasing experience I’ve ever had. We went and looked/ fillled our applications on Herron Pointe October 29, and we were suppose to move in Dec 1st. Nobody ever sent us a lease. Nobody ever answered any of my emails. 95% of the time I tried calling the office nobody even answered. I was finally able to get ahold of Tasha Nov 20th who said… she’d have our lease done by this last Monday and it never got sent. We spend $300 on application fees and an admission fee that we were told would be “waived” if we applied by that night, but we were charged anyways and said

DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!!! They got all new office staff a few months back and they are so much worse than the old staff. I never thought I’d miss the old managers but man I do! The staff is always creeping around your apt, going in and out without permission or notice, they use scare tactics on residents. The amenities look great but are never… available. The theater closes at 9 so you can’t even go in to watch a Preds game or anything because it's not over by 9pm. The pool is always closed, the vacuum is broken at the car wash station, and not to mention they park fork lifts and

If you want to pay over $1000 a month for a an apartment that you cant use the amenities then go ahead. I’ve lived here for almost a year and from day one it’s been terrible. The office doesn’t respond or help resolve anything. We have complained many times about the neighbors above us sounding like herds of elephants stomping around and never hear… anything back. The pool is always closed except maybe 7 days out of the swimming season. There’s always some “issue” going on. Paid $1000 to rent out the theatre and when I took my niece and nephew us and the

Living here has been incredible until two months ago when everything took a nose dive. The leasing office is unresponsive and rarely answers the phone. Trash is being left everywhere. The pool looks like a lake… yet management is blaming the “inspector”. The regional manager for this property is incredibly rude and severely unhelpful.
