Tldr: loud noises from water pipes that can't be fixed make this place unlivable.
1. Water pipes keep banging within the walls creating really loud noises. Talked to both management and maintenance and they basically said that it's a construction issue that cannot be fixed.
Stay away, unless you like loud noises 24/7.
2. The sound insulation is pretty bad as well. I can hear my upstairs neighbors walk, and their dog running and barking.
3. Bad construction really let this complex down. The floor plans are pretty good including the kitchen appliances and countertops.

By far the best place I have every lived at. This place truly made an impact on my husband and I where I even cried when we moved out because I would miss it so much. (Moved to a house which of course was better!) but this place was that good. There weren't many issues at all and if there was one, the apartment workers were on top of it immediately. I also really appreciated how the apartment would send out updates as soon as something was brought to their attention. Example was one time the trash guy didn't show up (external company) and the apartment sent out an email apologizing and letting

Absolutely wonderful complex. Not sure what all these negative reviews are about. My girlfriend and I had nothing but pleasurable experiences from viewing the property to move in and beyond. We have lived here almost two weeks and the staff has been wonderful and genuinely care about their residents. Gorgeous immaculate apartments and I haven’t had noise issues like some have complained about. Had those in my previous apartment so very glad to be rid of those.
Facilities are top notch and well maintained. Everything is always clean and tidy. Package lockers are great as well so you don’t have

If you like loud, inconsiderate neighbors, bad cell phone reception, and a leasing manager who doesn't care about your concerns, this is the place for you!
Bad insulation between floors.
No thorough cleaning before new tenant.
Loud neighbors who don't follow community rules.
Horrible reception.
Management doesn't care about you after you sign your lease.
Dog hair in carpet and balcony smelled like dog urine when I moved in. I was told by management that since I already moved in there was nothing they could do about it even after I told her I have a slight allergy. Now I can't even go out

By far the smoothest/easiest move I have ever experienced. Love living here! The layout is beautiful and the location is private! The parking garage is a nice feature for all the unpredictable Texas weather. Also, the dog park is a hop and a skip away which is perfect! Would recommend to anyone looking for a new building with a super helpful leasing staff; Tara and Jennifer are the best!
