GulfBreeze Apartments is in a great location. It is safe and the residents are very nice. The new office staff is working on making improvements to make the place even better. I have lived here for several years with good experience. The pricing is reasonable and better than the newer apartments that are in the area that are more expensive.

When I first moved in during peak covid there was some issues but nothing to crazy to deal with but after some personal issues and falling behind a little on bills the worked with me the only major issues I’ve ever had is during the bad weather I feel like my building always loses power an had a couple issues with the buildings sewage and the one that bugs me the most is people parking in mine and my wives covered (paid for) parking spots but this place has been great so far

Dog friendly.
Helpful maintenance staff.
Quiet complex considering the amount of traffic nearby.
Great location for easy access to food, grocery stores, and some shopping.
Still several maintenance issues to fix despite living in a “newly renovated” apartment.
Overall decent experience.
We moved in to one of the renovated apartments when they were first fixing them in 2018. It was a smooth transition for the most part. Management was helpful, but we had to wait about a week longer than initially told so they could finish the repairs. We were communicative about problems and always paid

If i could give 0 stars I would. There has been more cons than pros with this apartment. I have lived at gulf breeze for 2 years and I have recently moved out back in August of this year. The very first day I moved in , there were major pest problems. ROACHES EVERYWHERE! From baby size to average size. I contacted Sylvia (property manager) about the manner and she scheduled for pest control to come out and spray my entire unit. It had helped somewhat but I still had problems with it throughout my 2 years of living there. That’s with having pest control come every month to spray. Another issue

This apartment has very rude staff. We are moving out and our last month’s rent should have been a prorated amount since we are moving out to on the 27th. We made sure to check with the staff THREE times that we were not going to be charged the full amount of rent. However, on the 1st of the month we were charged the full months rent which was… about 200 dollars more. We called and spoke with Sylivia and Gene and they didn’t apologize or help us at all. They said it was our fault for not changing the price of the rent online. They had THREE chances to let us know we had to change

It is a nice place but you have to be careful with your car because all the surrounding cameras in parking lot do not work. I can go scratch you car, steal, kidnap, etc. and nobody will know who it was. Also the main gate do not work and it’s really unacceptable that us (tenants) gotta pay for maintenance and late fees if you don’t pay in time but meanwhile these things haven’t been fix since 8 month that I started living here.

I've been here 6 months and I cant complain. I've put maintenance to the test and they have been so very nice and responsive. Everything gets taken care of. The property is nice and clean. If I've had any issues I've contacted Silvia the manager and she has handled them and reassured me as well. The other girls in the office are nice too, but they aren't Silvia. I came from San Antonio and I was spoiled by my property manager there, but they have been very good to me here as well. The website works well, still has a few glitches but that happens, you do have to send messages online because getting

I have to say, this is the best place I have ever lived at!!!!
The Office Manager Sylvia is absolutely the best! She takes the time to listen to any concerns you may have, addresses any and all issues in a timely manner. This is an office manager that truly cares and does not just listen and brush you off.
I have lived in a total of 4 different apartment complexes and this is also the first one that does NOT have an issue with bugs! This is an added plus!!!

ROACHES. EVERYWHERE. If you hate bugs as much as i do then stay away. When we first moved in i noticed roaches and I’m thinking we haven’t even cooked much yet how can we attract roaches. Then you go out at night and you can just seen them everywhere under the car port. THEY EVEN ENDED UP IN MY CAR! Literally had to set up roach bait in my car because roaches got in there too. It’s really embarrassing to have company over or in your car and have to explain why you have roaches.

Do not rent from here or you will regret it! The place looks nicer at first inspection than it really is, including the pool. Same goes for the treatment you will receive from the office staff! They act like you are inconveniencing them when you have a question or problem and do not want to help you. They are just plain rude and will lie to you (I'm experiencing that right now). At least the maintenance guys are nice and pretty quick. I just can't wait to get out of here (they require 60 days notice so beware). You pay a high price here to get very little. There are much better places to live!
