Roachville baby. We got all kinds over here, let me not get into the mice situation, i'm really not sure how they still collect rent there. i won't live there for free

First apartment had roaches everywhere next apartment lock got stuck and wont let my key turn and maintenance refused to help. We were told to call a locksmith and pay out of pocket for a lock that came with the apartment on a door that that they haven't fixed that was kicked in by police .Management is terrible they lie to you and act like they do not care NOT WORTH THE RENT THEY ARE CHARGING. Maintenance doesn't do no work they just ride around on a golf cart all day . WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER LIVED. IF CONSIDERING DON’T, NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE. I Cannot wait to move.

Don't do it!!! Let the pictures speak for themselves. No one should have to live with bats, mice, or roaches. EVER!! We had 3 bats, 5 mice, and roaches. This all started 2 months after move in. The only fix is a reactive approach- never getting to the root of the issue.
Save yourself the heartache and sleepless nights. Go somewhere else.

I just moved over the weekend, but so far I am liking what I see. I REALLY like my apartment, and the few neighbors that I have seen are all nice. I have to give a BIG shoutout to Jessee in the Leasing Office. I had an issue with a previous apartment complex who really screwed me over. I put in an application for the apartment on Tuesday evening, spoke to Jessee on Wednesday morning, and I was approved for my apartment on that Wednesday afternoon!!! Jessee was kind, helpful, and professional. I highly recommend Woodvale Apartments, and ask for Jessee!!!!

I have to start off by saying that I don’t mind these apartments. I’ve lived here since September and the stuff that works in the leasing office has been helpful at times. They never are rude just to be rude, unless given a reason too. I’ve put multiple maintenance requests in when something went wrong and maintenance was here within a day or a couple days which is great. But with a positive comment comes a negative. This is not a place you would want to live. Management is poor, rodent infestation, and untrustworthy maintenance staff especially for women, erroneous water bills added to the rent, unfavorable parking (my car was stolen with no help from management with cameras, thank goodness I had on star) I could go on and on. I trying to save you from a horrible living experience, don’t rent here under any circumstances.

I have to say that WITHOUT going to my appointment I had scheduled to see the units. I have cancelled, not based on the negative reviews, but based on the responses of the business. Giving excuses as thinly veiled "reasons" for situations. Or worse simply "apologizing" and offering the same point of contact as corrective action, is not corrective action. It looks like a poorly run business trying desperately (but not actually trying) to pretend to fix things. People having to live affordably, shouldn't mean that they can be brushed off , and forced to live in sub par living arrangements, pests

My partner and I saw an ad of one of their “renovated“ apartments and we were very interested to see it and apply for it so we took an appointment and they confirmed to us on the phone that it’s available for the date we asked for . when we got there , the guy from the leasing office came out without properly introducing himself or welcoming us and said “sorry guys, we don’t have anything available until July.” So we were confused and told him that whoever we spoke with on the phone said it’s available for may 15. He seemed like he was in a rush and wasn’t professional at all.

Whenever you run into someone who exceptionally perform their duties, it’s worth taking a pause and appreciating all they do to make your life that much easier. Jessee McIntire, the Senior Leasing Consultant, does just that! He is kind, courteous, competent, and an effective communicator. Whenever I’ve reached out with a question, he’s provided me with timely and adequate response.
The thought of home ought to bring ease and comfort to a resident’s mind...a staff who understands that and works diligently to meet residents’ need is an asset all around!

I am a current resident of one of your properties, and I’m having a very difficult time getting a mouse/rat issue under control. I have recently tried placing a survey but was only allowed to have 200 characters. The location of the property is majority safe, however maintenance has horrible turnaround on completing service requests. Rats have been seen on numerous occasions outside of my building 13805. Mice have been seen in actual apartment. Purchased mouse traps and placed them down. Pest control finally came to inspect and did the very same thing I did. Would I recommend this property for

I want to say that from the start Jessee McIntire in the rental office is amazing. From seeing an apartment to the rental process and beyond. He has been very professional, helpful and always follows through on any concerns that I have had thus far. Maintenance has responded in a timely fashion and my apartment is renovated and I love it! So far so good!

Lived here with my mom and step-dad here for 3 or so years (Late 2014-17). Apartment 10904. Really simple but great pool, staff were nice. I had a minor mouse problem, but parents had eventually dealt with it.
Playground was nice, and kids played there often. Made good friends that way. Also, the tree was very pretty in the spring.
Nice community. Apartments need a little work, though.

If you like sleeping with roaches then this is the place for you I've lived here for a couple of years and it has gotten worse I had to put my shoes in totes my clothes is next I can't even sleep in my bed and my apartment is clean when complains to the rental office and corporate they kinda brush you off offering them to send someone out to terminate that has been done so many times common since will tell you something is not being done right.. Mice running across the floor I've never been in such a bad community unfortunately I'm stuck until March but I will definitely be
