Don`t get fooled by the friendly reception. This place is a professional money-grab. Parking is awful and they will have their own grandmother towed. Look around and you will think you are in a third world country. Do not fall prey to a bad decision. A three year resident get`s treated like dirt. If you are looking to film a Tarzan Movie this is your place.

Experience was great from the first call. Cathy was personable on the phone call and was enthusiastic to book a tour the same day. Any questions we had were answered and the apartment is full with great amenities including an indoor basketball court, which I had never seen before. The pool feels like a luxury resort! We are still deciding what area outside of Houston we want to live in, but if we do decide the woodlands, this will be our place! Thank you again Cathy and whispering pines!

The apartment itself is nice, however far from luxury. Just look at the sign when pulling in, it’s is rusted and missing some letters! (Sign is fixed, see update) Biggest issue we see is trash and parking like others have mentioned. As a resident you get charged monthly for valet trash pickup (which in itself is hit or miss. I’ve left trash out during the required hours in the required manner and it was still not collected) only to have the trash moved from the front door and thrown outside the dumpster. They may throw the trash outside because the dumpster is already full and/or there is already

Really wish I had read the reviews before moving in here. I have hated it since my first week here. ALL OF THE REVIEWS ARE CORRECT. Especially the parking. I was told when I was signing my lease that parking is bad "late at night" but it starts filling up around 5pm. I've come home from 12+ hours at the hospital after my shift only to park on the complete opposite side of the complex. It is ridiculous!!!!!!
Also, the walls seem to be pretty thin. I've been woken up at night to yelling from other apartments and even just talking from my neighbors on their porch.

Parking is horrendous. Little to no spaces for as many residents as they have. It doesn't help that the people who work in the leasing office park in front of building 12 everyday, leaving fewer spaces for that residents of those buildings when there isn't much to begin with.
We had no water for almost three days during the February storms. Very little interaction from the leasing office to let us know what was going on. A request was put in for a window to be fixed on Wednesday that was not closing all the way in our unit and I have to call them to find out when they were coming to fix it. They

Beautiful area, awesome neighbors, and lots of convenient stores within walking distance. However, the trash is always overflowing resulting in an increase of rats and roaches, there isn't parking past 10 p.m. (you will literally wait hours before finding an open spot while competing with others who are also trying to find a spot), the gates are frequently broken and wide open, and the staff refuses to contact you back about any concerns you may have with the things listed above or anything else for that matter.

Really wish we moved somewhere else. Maintenance, either the compactor is close to full or just not compacting (always). The garages and gutters that are covered with pine needles, those pine needle have been there for a long time. The “Car wash” either has a broke spray nozzle and covers you with water or the vacuum doesn’t work (always). There’s also people in the pool almost every night being loud, and the “courtesy officer” does NOT have a direct line. You can call leave a voicemail and guess what I’ve never received a call back about the problem being solved. Parking at night
