It is sad that this place has so much potential but there is no sense of accountability once they get their money. Trash always in the hallways and those hallways are disgustingly dirty and no one cares. There are residents here who take pride in where they live and others don’t - but the fees are the same. This should NEVER EVER be allowed to happen and yet it happens every day all day and not one time have I seen anyone walking the property and seeing violations for themselves.
Maintenance is very responsive when you report a problem. That is a plus. Office staff is nice - but none of them

WARNING! Do not move here! Management is sadly a joke. They won’t help you. They treat you like you’re their employee, not a tenant. It’s horrible and disrespectful!!
The walls are paper thin, you can hear everything.
The office staff changes monthly (bc they quit) and they do not care if you’re unemployed due to COVID and have made all your payments.
They will hike your bill up to $500 or more. They don’t care or respect their paying residents. They do not care about COVID or how you’ve been effected.

Worst apartment complex ever… my car was stolen.. they never tried to help… then my car was vandalized and nobody had anything to say.. now today my back windows were busted and I was left a note from a neighbor on my car… looks likes this complex doesn’t care unless it affects them physically disgusting and unprofessional

Before new management this apartment complex was not taken care of at all, since then we have a new management team who are pushing through thick and thin to meet all of our expectations. Even though it will take time to fix what was already imagined as broken. Today I had to move a very large cage into my apartment and had nobody to help me. I called the front office and Jaison immediately told me he would be right there and helped me get the cage out of my car! Truly and honestly am very great full for this new management team and have already seen so many improvements.

My biggest complaint: The sound deadening in these apartments is abysmal. We can hear our new neighbors extremely easily through the walls, enough so to keep someone up at night. Our upstairs neighbors... we can hear their every footstep. To add to that, they seem to slam literally everything onto the floor. One time so hard that a piece of a lighting fixture fell down. They also leave their chihuahua on their balcony which will bark at anyone who passes... and we live right in front of the entrance so you’d have to imagine that dog barks a lot. Just that had brought my living experience here

Safety is the biggest concern and this past weekend was my final breaking point. Complete chaos around pool and common areas with no supervision and way over capacity. Loud music blaring like a night club with inappropriate, offensive language, out of control drinking alcohol with glass bottles clanging all over and the strong scent of what appeared to be illegal substances and this was going on until extensively after midnight. In some instances this type of behavior has occurred until sunrise. There is no communication between security and “management” and to be honest there is no competent

Is it gated? Yes. Is it pricey? Yes. Is it newer? Yes. Do you like looking at trash in the hallways? Do you like dog feces everywhere? Do you like an office staff the manages via a random email that the residents never read? Do you like paying for the rules to be broken without any actual accountability and enforcement? Then Solaya is definitely the place for you.

When my roommates and I moved in we were blown away by how new and beautiful this complex was. The amenities were great and the apartment was top of the line. Over the two years we have lived here it has taken a complete nosedive. The staff has completely stopped caring about their residents. They no longer do preventative maintenance and blame it all on COVID-19. I have had to purchase my own air and water filters even though that is a service that was once included and no mention of reduced rates for the inconvenience. Our once beautiful view is now literally trash floating in a pond. Our pool

I loved the apartments themselves, picked it because of the flooring, and appliances. I actually lived here the first year it was built which was nice everything was brand new- big plus our electric bill was low. The ONLY downside was the parking! Hopefully they have worked it out since I left last year but it did factor into me leaving because some nights there was not a single spot, people would be everywhere on the curbs and then they started towing. Other than that I would recommend to anyone in that area, staff is super helpful and always answer the phone, the gym, pool, and clubhouse were

Solaya is a great place to live,we feel safe,if there is a problem, the staff is very friendly and helpful,my wife has a medical condition and Catlin and everyone in the office have always been incredibly helpful and supportive.the maintenance crew is also very friendly and professional, definitely recommend this property!!!
