Rent was too high, secured living is not secured because gates never work, paid for trash valet and I had to call the valet service all of the time to get it corrected. Never was able to enjoy the pool because of the pandemic and when it opened, it was disgustingly dirty. New property management was mediocre, I liked the previous management much more. I was made to feel my calls to the office were too much so I stopped calling. Communication about the property never went out about issues. The community was supposed to be no smoking yet my building wreaked of weed every time you enter. I wish it

After moving out of our home of 26 years, I moved in to the complex in October 2021. I have to say that the level of professionalism with the leasing team, the manager, and the maintenance crew was amazing. Barbara answered all of my questions, helped me with the application process and has always been so kind. Lena was able to help me to address the very few items that I needed addressed - and right away. The maintenance crew Ed, EJ and Forest are forever taking care of the complex. Making sure that we live in a clean, well maintained complex. It just takes a minute to get to know the team that

THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE!!!!!! They have terrible management and service I lived there for 7 years and their old workers and maintenance were much better. Maintenance took one month to “fix” my washer, and another just to order a new one. They are also super cheap it took them 6 years just to fix the filters in the pool, the gates are open 24/7 I was paying almost 3000 dollars for a 2 BEDROOM. I don’t care how “ luxurious“ that place looks it is nothing but mediocre.

The last management was okay I'd give them 3 stars. This new management fails to communicate or act like they care by giving a response. We have holes in our parking lot that are fun for your car, impromptu construction for three days, no notice no apology. I emailed twice and called twice NO response. 3 days of construction no notice. Day two I finally got someone after calling 4 times and she was clueless and half fast apologized said it be done that day at 6pm. nope more like 9 pm at night!!!!! And 830 the night before. Called again when it extended to the 3rd day and NO RESPONSE. No credit

I enjoy the space of the apartment in which I live in however I think it’s a bit pricey for the area. Also parking is horrible. During the pandemic, the appointment setting for the pool and workout area was a bit frustrating. My trash pick up isn’t consistent, I think because we are in a back corner it gets missed. Lastly, I have had to wait for repairs and maintenance when requested. I think a follow up call or updates would be great to let us know the status of maintenance.

I have lived at Crestone for 11 years. I love it. I think the grounds need some TLC but the apartment I have is spacious and comfortable. Shonda in the office is wonderful. Evans can be a pain and sometimes rude. The maintenance staff is wonderful. Danny and Kevin are top notch and very friendly. Crestone has been very accommodating when I was sick and had to move to a downstairs unit because I couldn’t walk up stairs for over a year.
