DO NOT MOVE HERE. I would rate zero stars if I could. Roach/mice infestation, mold issues in multiple apartments, and poor management.
My husband, our son who is now 16 months old, and I lived here for a year. And with the what I dealt with, I can confidently say a four year old could manage this place better than the grown adult managers that run it.
They do not care about the issues within units. I called every week for 6 months complaining about the roach issue and was told everytime pest control would be there. They never showed up. I was laughed at for reporting a mice issue. Then my neighbor

FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY!!!! PLEASE READ. i do NOT recommend this location to anyone. my brother’s vehicle was recently stolen from this complex despite the “security” they offer. there’s no cameras anywhere. the only security they care for is their office. not to mention you can find pill sellers in the laundry mat living there. it’s extremely stressful that i fear for my brothers safety now.

I lived here for 2 years and I absolutely loved the community. They were there for me when I was in a very desperate situation and needed to find a new place and I am so grateful. The management staff are so kind and and really try to build a relationship with each tenant. The maintenance staff is friendly and work really hard to keep the grounds clean and respond to service requests promptly. I never saw a bug of any kind and the most that would enter my apartment was the occasional lizard (2 in the whole time I lived there). I moved here from Texas, and after two years of being a roommate I found out about this place. I was originally qualified for a studio but due to some outside issues it was no longer available. At first I didn't want to do a full 1 bedroom. I wanted to live a minimalist lifestyle. However now that I'm all moved in I'm happy that I did. It's a lot bigger than the studio I had previously seen. The studio I was going for at first, didn't have a actual room. It was more like a cookie cutter open rectangle. I was looking for a cheap place for my first apartment and well... you get what you pay for. I've reported to old and new management about having random roaches in my apartment and something is leaving holes in the ceiling .. they said someone would come over but no one has came yet and it's been about 3 months now. the floors are soo cheap, they scrap and peel off even on light moving furniture. Again, i have reported to management of the damage i've caused and they told me someone will come by, yet again no one came.

My mother lives there until the end of the month. I can't wait to get her out of there! Horrible neighbors, buildings should be condemned, bed bugs, lice, bad plumbing, appliances do not work, AC broke on multiple occasions.
Old management wouldn't fix anything. Had to contact corporate and have outside contractors come in tos pray and for plumbing as maintenance staff couldn't fix any of the above properly.
New management is even worse! They slapped a coat of paint on the buildings and raised rent prices up to $350.00 more per month like it's the Ritz Carlton.
In addition, the office misquoted
