Horrible management. Difficult to reach office by phone or in person. No one returns calls, emails are ignored and maintenance requests are a joke. The office staff are useless. The management is more concerned about appearances. We now get valet trash pick up but the inside of apartments are falling apart. Paint peeling, flooding and mold, no hot water, windows are not energy efficient, but none of that matters our trash service is amazing.

The front office staff is unprofessional. Jen at the front told my 9 and 13 year old they are going to be homeless again today. Maintenance sucks we moved in July and they still haven't fixed our stuff. We had a light hanging in the middle of the kitchen for a month the stove and fridge didn't work. we had to buy tools to fix it. Thr mold in every… building is bad the office is aware of the problem. And then they threatened me with CPS when I went to the office and told her don't ever threaten my child who came in crying. Watch out for gun fires murders and your daughters being rapped. Snakes

The place is terrible!!! The office people are so unprofessional especially the office manager Jennifer. We’ve lived here since February 2020. Somebody broke into out house and broke out window, it took them three months to fix it! The air was out for 3 days after we told them about it multiple of times. They only have on maintenance man doing everything. They also gave us a discount on the rent due to the fact my fiancé worked for the state and tried to charge us full amount in rent the whole time we were here. We. Had to get out lawyer involved just so they can agree to the discounted amount

I love this place! Jennifer and Daniella are the best office associates I’ve encountered. They made sure I understand everything that comes with having an apartment since I am a first time renter. The kindness and accommodation were superb! I recommend Meriwether apartments to anyone who is looking for a nice area and apartment.
