Outfitted with historic features and updated finishes, these apartments naturally have a flair all their own. Soaring 14-foot ceilings with exposed, metal ductwork provide effortless decoration. Golden light reflects off the building's facade, breathing light and character into every room. We understand what our residents need in their day-to-day lives, which is why we have organized so many events.
You will find a variety of activities designed to encourage social interaction and foster a true sense of community. Our lovely landscaped grounds create a serene and peaceful feel, while our location offers easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment. Conveniently located in Lowry with a short walk to Crescent Park, Lowry Sports Complex Park, and many schools.

Smells awful in the lobby. I saw people literally bleeding out on the floor and maintenance would just act like it was no big beak and quickly clean it clean it up as they were cleaning blood up off the floor. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The pool was never open and the heat never worked all winter. Me and my cats froze in my apartment for months and maintenance just said they are working on it and refused to give me a heater at first. Do not live here if you value your sanity. Find somewhere else.

Love the building, dislike the company. I have called multiple times about these mailboxes being WIDE OPEN on several occasions, and no one seems to have any solutions. One of my packages was stolen and they called me down to the office to tell me that they had found an opened package of mine and weren't sure why-found the mailboxes like this on my way down there! frustrating!

Recently I have been looking for a new apartment which has been very hard this month since it seems nothing is available for my budget or no one ever gets back to me. I reached out on Friday to the Grand Lowry Lofts, to set up a tour, they had no leasing agents available that day to help me. They told me I had to wait till Monday to talk to someone. So I called back Monday and set up a tour for today at 12PM. I know I was going to be 5-10 min late due to traffic. So I decided to call and let them know. Then they told me they leased all available units earlier this morning. Obviously there is nothing

These places look cool and I’m interested in moving here, but I’ve had nothing but a bad experience trying to schedule a walkthrough or even get general information about them from their rental office. My emails were ignored, and after finally talking to a very rude agent on the phone (I was told they were too busy to respond to emails), I learned that their advertised rates were for low income applicants, and that I could only apply for “market rate” apartments, but was not given a price range for those. Nowhere on their site or listings does it say anything about income restrictions

I have not moved in yet, so I cannot say anything to that. But I have been in the application process for a month now, trying to get a low income apartment at Grand Lowry Lofts. My boyfriend and I have a few more assets and such than most young adults, but this process has been awful. We are currently sitting in our old apartment (I had to get an extension from my very understanding landlord because of our situation) with all of our things packed, still sending documents to our correspondent at GLL. The actual application was approximately 15 pages long, but since we submitted that, we have had

Grand Lowry Lofts has been my home for almost 3 years. I remember when I was taken on the tour and discovered they offered temperature controlled secure underground parking at a very reasonable monthly charge with lots of handicap parking. reasonable secure storage. There is plenty of free off street parking as well. They also have a big swimming pool and a jacuzzi with lots of chairs and tables with umbrellas. A fenced in dog park. A small but nice gym with newer equipment. There are elevators in different parts of the buildings. They have a great team in the office as well as prompt, friendly

Grand Lowry is an old building with numerous ongoing maintenance issues. I have lived here 12 years and have seen it all, and when it comes to anything that could go wrong, it most certainly will. I would like to talk about the maintenance staff, because I don't think they get enough credit. Carlos, Juan, and Curtis are absolutely fantastic! They respond immediately to requests, and are always courteous and friendly. I have been so impressed with their professionalism and expertise, not to mention the number of times they have come quickly to assess or fix an issue. I can't praise them enough.

This is my second time living at Grand Lowry Lofts after some lengthy deployments and overseas stuff. I've been nothing but happy living here. The office staff is always helpful and friendly and keeps me informed. The grounds look great and the building is well maintained by a great crew. I've never had any problems at all with my direct neighbors, and we all greet each other with smiles. The neighborhood might be more mellow than some would prefer, but I like the peacefulness of it. I keep some odd hours but I always feel safe during my occasional evening walks. Lastly, I'm a geek for the vintage

I lived here for 5 years. Once the property was sold by Forest City to Jonathan Rose Companies, any maintenance of the property ceased. I had a stopped up bathroom sink for over 10 days and was told by the property manager that I could wash my face and brush my teeth in the kitchen sink. In the first year of ownership by Jonathan Rose there were a total of 6 different managers. This should be indicative of a very bad company when the staff turnover is so high. There was one manager who told tenants that to complete any maintenance request you had to pay her cash under the table. You should

I was very motivated to move into this place because I love the neighborhood, so I stopped by to get some information. I got into the office and the attendant did not even look at me while I was asking for information. I thought, "Maybe she is just having a bad day." But she continued to be so rude that I said "thank you very much", and left. If they treat potential customers this way, I only image how they would treat customer once they sign a contract.

Terrible. Non-existent customer service. The office staff ... incredibly unprofessional and rude it's unbelievable. The maintenance staff Are equally as unprofessional. They slam gates in your face literally when you ask them about the pesticides being applied to the ground and if they will be harmful to you, your children, or your pets. You get told to not speak to the construction staff as they are ripping up Aesbestos laden tiles right next to your living space.... they have no respect for your health or your health concerns on this matter. This community is not a community. It is

I've lived here at Grand Lowry lofts for about 5 years. Loved it. Lived in a one bedroom the first 3 years then moved to a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom. Great neighborhood and location and I didn't have any problems living here until the last two years with the new management. Previous management was great! They did a lot of community get together and people actually knew their neighbors and the maintenance staff were great. It just seems like everything has gone downhill since then. Came home from vacation to find the pipes in the hallway were spraying onto our front door flooding the carpet

Over priced and absolutely terrible!
This place is one of the worst I've lived in. The south elevator is ALWAYS broken, so with people such as myself, who has two young children under the age of two, beware. You will have to walk all the way to the middle of the building to find the stairs, or even another working elevator. This makes it extremely difficult when you have things to carry inside from the basement garage. The walls are very thin as well, and I can hear everything that my neighbors are doing. Not to mention the smoking! My neighbors also smoke inside, YUCK, so my apartment smells

This place is poorly managed. Maintenance requests are often ignored or "misplaced". The property management company rarely puts money back into the building such as fixing or replacing elevators that are "out of order" on a regular basis and sidewalks often aren't shoveled until after residents have all left for the day, if at all. Today the snow is so deep the doors can barely open and at 4pm no one has even cleared the entry way. It is the responsibility of the management to make sure their tenants can get safely in and out of the building. There is constant turnover

My friend rents an apartment at Grand Lowry Lofts and I stayed with her during a recent visit.
It's basically a cute place. I am honestly not sure if it's classified as a 1 or 2 bedroom place. The "2nd" bedroom was so tiny, it was more of an office than anything else.
The building is in a great location, within walking distance to the Lowry Town Center, which has shops and restaurants. There is also a grocery store within walking distance (Albertson's).
The cons: Parking is horrible. She has an assigned spot, and although most of the spots are vacant, she is crammed

Love this place!
I just moved in a couple weeks ago and couldn't be happier so far. Sheila in the office is great, the apartment is great, the neighbors are quiet and being able to walk to the Lowry town center is a bonus.
Only reason for 4 stars...parking. The lot on the north side has super small spots and people park like idiots. I've only had to park on the street once though.
So far...so good!
