Been a resident for over 3 Years and I must say the decline has been drastic..I renewed my lease to move into a smaller unit. Since moving in March of this year I've had over 15 service calls for my heating and air...As of the time of this review I'm currently heating my house with my oven!! I was even told by the office staff that maintenance has already fixed the issue even though no one has been in my apt..So not only is the staff incompetent but they are liars!! I look forward to moving and would not recommend moving here under no circumstances!!

I moved here back in October 2020, it was an easy process, thanks to the Asst. Manager Jaqualine. I liked this property because I visited it frequently on the regular. It was quiet and I never had issues with any of my neighbors. When I first moved into my apt, which I believed I had an upgraded one, and it was NOT cleaned properly, spoke with Jaqualine, and she took care of my issues and concerns on top of accommodating me. Thank you!!! So into spring when it was time to turn on my air, I realize my apt was not cooling efficiently, I put in a work order, for temporary results, because a week later

This place is a JOKE. I wish I could leave zero stars. I could not get out of my 6 month lease fast enough. This place is disgusting and roach infested. The staff is not very helpful at all. I was told I would get tiff treats delivered to my door for being instantly approved, didn’t happen. There’s signs everywhere that claim a “$0 pet deposit” well there’s a $250 pet FEE per pet, so don’t let them fool you. My AC went out SEVERAL times over the 6 months I lived here. The people are loud and the area is not great. Wasn’t worth my time or money. On top of all of this they are charging

Only giving one star because I have to. Car broken into and items stolen, of course. Mail room vandalized and destroyed, and complex didn't want to report it, as I understood it. Every time it rains, my living room becomes a water feature. Ceiling leaks have been reported, but not much maintenance can do. Has ruined a couple pieces of very nice furniture. Office seems more worried about parking lot drainage.
Several years ago had a very nice spa, but that was too much trouble for them to keep working? Was one of the attractions. Now non existent. Pool seldom open, usually locked

Overall my experience had been good. My only issue is that my assign parking spot is constantly flood with water either from rain or sprinkler system. So every time I get out my car or go to the trunk car. Other spaces that are not assigned are often fill. So this is very annoying and didn't have this problem at other apartment that I moved from within the completed. It is also a hazard I injuried my knee from twisting it from almost slipping in the water. I also sometimes pick up my grandkids who are 5 & 1 and have to try to maneuver with them in my arms in the water also dangerous cause if slip

I moved in to Hunter's Hill 1 week ago and thus far my experience has been nothing less than stellar. From the time I viewed the property to the day I was given my keys. The Leasing Specialist, Taylor was informative, understanding and eager to assist me. My apartment was clean and in order when I walked in for the first time. The minor move in maintenance requests were handled expeditiously. My apartment is spacious and the location is superb and the price is comfortable!
For those of you considering this community you will not be disappointed. I just moved from one of those fancy style properties

There's a lot I can say about Hunter's Hill the apartments are very clean keep very quiet and your neighbors are friendly and don't mind speaking and welcoming you to the neighborhood. But let tell you about the manager Taylor she is one of a kind very Kind hearted very professional she took care of us from start to finish and even checked on us to make sure we was happy and if we needed anything. I love my new home.❤

It was overall an okay experience. Nana (he is no longer there) originally helped us with the move in process and it went smoothly.
The first 6 months of our stay, we had no complaints. In the latter portion, we did see an increase in crime, parking spots filling up quickly, and once when someone parked in our reserved spot, it took 4 days for the car to move despite multiple inquiries to the office via phone and email, which was annoying as we ended up having to park further from our apartment. A few times when we contacted the office, we were met with annoyance or at least the tone was. Trash

Constant breaking into of cars. When it rained the entrance to my apartment was always muddy and I would track mud everywhere. Whenever I had a complaint or concerns it would take forever for someone in the office to get back to me. I would have to continuously email them and call in order to reach someone. The gate to the complex always seemed to be broken. They have two pools but whenever I wanted to go swimming the pool closest to me was always locked and closed. That left me always having to walk to the pool by the clubhouse. These are old and outdated. My guest bathroom always leaked water

Still a terrible place to live. I consistently have the same maintenance issues, consistently wait a ridiculously long for concerns to be addressed, consistently have to go into the office and be the bad guy because 2+ weeks after I've reported the same maintenance issues it's not addressed. I have consistently reported a leak in the main bathroom, black water backed up into sink and dishwasher (I was just told 5 year later that it's cause by me not using the dishwasher which never consistently worked) consistently report issues with air system. These are just some of the complaints

I have lived here almost 2 years and when my lease is up this time I will not be renewing. These are older apartments and the upkeep has not been very good. I live on the 2nd floor and the staircase and foundation near my apartment needed repairs. I work from home and wasn't notified when they made the repairs. They drilled for 2 days in front of my door. Resetting concrete making it nearly impossible to leave my apartment without stepping in it. The people downstairs must chain smoke because I can smell it throughout my apartment. You get a free covered parking space however I am on the end

I moved in these apartments of May 2018 from day one I had to call about my refrigerator that was leaking and did not get cold. I called at least 6 times in a 2 month period. I lost a lot of money on groceries because it didn't work correctly. Maintenance would say there wasn't anything wrong when clearly it was. If your refrigerator doesn't work on the "recommended" settings, it doesn't work. Speaking with the manager, she wants to tell me how to put food in my refrigerator like I'm a idiot. I've lived long enough to know how to use appliances. Thank you

I moved in April 2016 and so far so good. I like that the community is gated and the gates actually work. The complex is clean and quiet. My apartment was recently renovated when I moved in. I had new appliances, new carpet, everything. I will admit they did a kinda shotty job painting the apartment, but I come from a handyman family so I notice things like that. Big bathroom and lots of sunlight comes in. The windows are really big. As others have commented it is an older apartment complex. Anytime I've put in a maintenance request they come out quickly and get the issue taken care of. The

I've lived in these apartments for over two years now and unfortunately my experience has gone downhill. It started out great with a wonderful caring manager who was willing to go out of her way to help residents. When LumaCorp bought the complex in early 2015 we saw a definite decrease in complex quality. I don't believe it is LumaCorp's fault; I think the new management and staff of the front office have gone downhill. They do not seem to care about the residents even though they post replies on this website as if they do care. I have a feeling they care about new residents they

I moved into Hunter's Hill apartments less than 3 months ago. My experience has been great! My apartment is so pretty and cozy and I get a ton of compliments from everyone that visits. The pool area is wonderful and I've met lots of great new people here. The manager of the office is very attentive and helpful.
Recently, some repairs to the floor in my apartment were necessary and an contractor was hired by the complex to do the work. Unfortunately, the contractor's employee did some damage to the furniture in my apartment. I contacted the manager right away and she was very diligent

I've lived here for approximately 10 months and overall its been enjoyable. My neighbors are nice and Mai Le Ann and Jill (in the office) are both wonderful. For the price, this is a great place. I will say the walls and ceilings are thin though. I can hear my neighbors talking and open cabinets and my upstairs neighbors sounds like he is constantly bowling when i know he is simply walking. However, i will still suggest this place if you are looking to save on rent and have a decent apartment... just keep in mind, it is an older property.

My husband and I just renewed our lease to stay here a second year. Sometimes, that alone speaks volumes about the value of an apartment complex.
I'll warn that it's not perfect: the buildings are older, so there's plumbing problems and whatnot. The security gates break down and at least one of the three are almost always jammed open for some reason or another (but that seems like the case at many gated apartments that I know of). There's a lot of families living in the complex, so if you can't stand the sound of children playing, move to somewhere more hip/expensive.
