Robson is a BJJ Black belt, instructor at the main Renzo Gracie academy and undefeated in Bellartor in MMA. Big Congrats to Trent on his victory at Cage Wars this weekend! He won via knockout in the 1'st round and also got the award for Knockout of the night for the event! We had a huge crowd come out for this one and it was a great time.

We started out as a family run business back in 2009. Over the years we have grown and we have coaches and members whom have been a part of Lions Den for over 10 years now! We pride ourselves on the family like bond our members and programs have with everyone pushing each other to achieve each others goals.
Pick your disciplines - Pick from either the Wrestling/ Brazilian Jiu Jitsu package OR Muay Thai/Boxing package. You get all classes in either group. Family Private Training - all family members are invited to join in ex: brothers, sisters, kids, grandparents, 1st cousins, aunts, uncles. Punch Card Payment System : These are punch cards that can be purchased for $150 and get you 10 classes with us.
Open to kids and Adults - Warm up followed by drilling 1 technique and then Live until you feel like you burned off enough calories to do what you need to do at the Dinner table. Joe will be putting on 3 seminars while here with us. Each Seminar is limited to 20 attendees, so get signed up to reserve your spot today!
We have practices for both Youth and High School wrestling. Our Youth program has a beginner, mixed and advanced practice weekly and we also travel and compete in tournaments together. Our High School program has 3 practices a week and we also compete together in the offseason. We have some of the top coaches and also regularly bring in NCAA Division 1 Athletes and Coaches as well as Olympians for clinics.
Nervous about starting up? Many of our current members share the story of how they were nervous to begin Jiu Jitsu. We have a unique blend of students at our facility and most of us are in our 40's and 50's and working professionals. Our classes are structured in a way that allows you to train safely, have fun and get in great shape.

My son has been going here for roughly 7 months. He has Tourette’s and I would never of imagined him being able to succeed with this. The coaching staff from the top down is great, they work the members hard and love seeing the results. They are there every step of way to answer any questions or concerns. I couldn’t of asked for a better group of people for my son to be around. Thank you lions den.

I highly recommend Lion's Den. I've been training there for about 2.5 years. It's become a second home. Nothing is better than ending a tough day with a good workout. I'm learning to defend myself while getting in the best shape of my life. The coaches and members are like family. I can't imagine training anywhere else.

We are the top martial arts school in the area. We ONLY offer sports and disciplines that are practical and work in real life situations . You will not find 10 year olds running around with black belts here but our students will be able to actually defend themselves should the occasion arise . The lions Den is a great place for all ages to learn! We joined in March and our 10 year old Boy loves it! Something new, a great work out, respect and is being taught by an amazing group! The Lions Den is affordable, and staffed with amazing trainers! If you e ever thought about trying something new look no further! Highly recommend!

The whole family loves this gym. With so many disciplines to choose from everyone gets to take classes that they want. There is a very welcoming vibe here, and those members who are very experienced are absolutely wonderful and pointers and tips to help beginners. It's like you're welcomed into a family the minute you walk through the doors. Highly recommend for any age or experience level
