I am an American Council on Exercise (ACE) certified personal trainer. In the ten years since I have been a trainer I have gained the knowledge and experience to guide you and your family to achieve physical fitness. As a fitness nutrition specialist I can inform you of many different ways to fuel your exercise and your recovery.

As a Therapeutic Exercise specialist, I have the knowledge that will aid your recovery, whether from joint pain, back pain and even cardiac rehabilitation, after consulting with your physician. As a youth strength training specialist I will guide your child in the proper ways to exercise, safely and effectively, be it for sports or general fitness.

I have been training with Charles for several years. Charles is a trainer that will always have your best interest by improving your strength with proper form . He is educated about every muscle in your body and WILL make you strong in a positive safe environment.

I began working with Charles during Boot Camp classes at Berkshire Nautilus and I was immediately hooked. From there, I decided that I wanted a more personalized workout so I also began training with him individually. The workouts are intense and tend to focus on my individual goals. While exercising, Charles ensures that my form is correct to maximize results and minimize chances of injury. I have been exercising for many years with mixed results. However, once I started training with Charles, the results improved. I feel stronger physically and can see long-term results. I highly recommend Charles

I used this service to help me get back into the practice of exercising. Workouts were challenging. My training sessions focused on agility, coordination, and overall strength. Improved on all fronts. Also got some very good tips on weight loss, though that was not the main purpose of training sessions. Learned enough to train on my own but looking to start using the service again once my schedule slows down. Next step, get ripped!
