Have just resigned a lease, the staff have proven helpful and friendly. The office may be hard to reach at times, but overall haven't had any real issues pop up.

If I could rate these apartments lower I would. Parking is awful. Tenants have parking apots and still park in uncovered parking even with their very own parking spots because the actually spots barely fit vehicles and people don't know how to park half the time. So you park in front of the office even if it's just for a few hours and get towed. Twice. Otherwise you will have to park down the street. The rent is also outrageous and not just because of pandemic. This place is not somewhere you want to live.

I moved here in septemper 2021, right when I moved in I noticed my shower wasn't working it wouldn't get hot at all & had a small leak so I called them and let them know it took them over a week to come and fix it I also have mold growing on top of shower head and the wall is really moist and thin due to the water damage.
a few days later my washer stopped working and then they took about a month to come fix it Bc they said it's not a major issue when they came they said the belt in the washer was broken it took them forever to order the part and still came out 4 times after

The apartment is nice. I find it ridiculous they don’t let you have anything for shade on the patio you’re also not allowed to have grills. I’ve put 5 orders in to get the dryer fixed and it still doesn’t work properly. Not enough parking spots.

They have a roach infestation. Bed bugs, they paint over stains on walls, water goes off once a week. They say it's a gated community but gates are open 24/7. Tweaker roaming in bikes all night long looking for catalytic converters.... I've had thing taken from my back porch. And they do nothing about it. Parking is super limited. Only one car parking under the roofs and the rest is musical chairs. Never find a spot after 9pm when I get off work, because my wife parks in our regular spot. It's insane they want to bring our rent up for this 3bd from 1600 to 2050$ definitely does not

The office team is very professional . They made the move in process so quick and easy ! We love our apartment !

This apartment complex by far has the worst communication. Would never recommend anyone to live here.. staff is horrible.. before moving out they sent a move out inspection.. they must have came while we were out.. because no one showed or they didn't communicate that they did an inspection....however prior to moving out I wanted to make sure we could get out deposit back... the staff stated, basically make it look like how it did when you moved in. Which is exactly what we did. 2 months after moving out we have debt collectors calling stating we owe money. Sating they needed to replace the carpet

So far no major complaints. The building my apartment is in is quiet and my neighbors keep it clean outside most of the time. I just wish everything that needed fixture during my walk through would’ve actually been fixed. And also when I moved in all amenities such as the pool and gym were opened until 10pm and now everything closes at the same time as the front office. Inconvenient for someone who actually has a full time job. I moved in in April . Not sure what changed

These apartments literally have some nerve! I would give 0 stars if I could. No only do they NEVER answer the phone but they are so quick to send a bill. Maintenance unplugged my deep freezer why I don’t know and I didn’t notice it was unplugged for a few days as I don’t use it all the time. Then after being ignore for weeks by the manager/office when I asked the office fore credit they had the AUDACITY to tell me the food shouldn’t have went bad that fast so we can’t credit you anything and also there’s no proof maintenance unplugged it. This amongst other things is why I will NEVER

This was the WORST apartments EVER. They knowingly moved us into an apartment that had so many fire hazards and other hazards. Had to write a bad review for them to finally reach out. Once they reached out they asked if I can change my review to a 5 star if they completed every work order I put in ( it was a lot of them ) the property was not well kept nor was it safe ! For the amount of rent it is not worth it .. Now moving out they want to charge cleaning fees and repairs. When they didn’t repair the walls, the carpet or clean anything as I have pictures and proof from the new tenant that lives

Where do I even begin? I moved into a renovated 3 bed 2 bath in April 2020. Should I start with the gaping hole in the bathtub that wasn't noticed even as the leasing team walked us through the apartment? Or with the crazy amount of bugs and it takes pest control weeks before they finally visit. Maybe I should also mention that if you have more than one car, parking will be insufferable every day after 4pm. The front office is terribly difficult to get ahold of and maintenance takes weeks to months to fix things. Our renovated apartment came with new appliances......the sharpie drawn in on

They are very clean..they do a great job here at morada to keep if clean!!!

Everyone has been helpful whenever we have had an issue, it’s typically very quiet and the amenities are great. We’ve lived here for about 6 months and have had zero pest issues which is a huge bonus for us since our old apartments just down the street has a big scorpion issue. The only down side is when we moved in there was a lot of cosmetic issues and broken things but the they fixed what they could without fuss

I held back on reviewing for a few months but today was the last straw, excuse my long rant but these apartments are garbage. If you have more than one car you will have a very hard time finding parking, I've had to park across the street multiple times. I've called many times to get my gym key and I was told "we don't have any and we don't know when we will". I've lived here sense November. They are always so dirty and unkept. Dead plants and weeds EVERYWHERE for months until just recently, I was glad they finally took care of it until I realized it was only

The management sucks
The apartments are beautiful and a fairly nice place to live unless something goes wrong.
We were unable to move into the first apartment they put us in because it smelled so bad of weed. I am in the military and cannot be near the stuff.
We had to rent the apartment and not live in it for 2 months due to covid and not being able to live with the weed until they were able to move us to a clean apartment.
They never answer their phones or return phone calls or emails.
When we did finally move in all the amenities such as the pool and the dog park were closed due to covid

Do not stay here. They allowed black mold to grow in my apartment for months without fixing it main reason I had to move. I made multiple calls emails and work orders to get it fixed but nothing never got done. They only car about money and will do anything to get it. Parking is always horrible. Crime is getting very bad there . Never had good water pressure , water would constantly go in and out. The complex never addressed these issues but always sent messages about rent being due. It maybe affordable but definitely not worth it.

If I could give negative stars I would, these people are using covid as an excuse to not help their residents, I've been calling for 3 months to get my appliances fixed they tell me someone will be here in the next 3 days to fix it but no one has come, my lease is coming to an end & I sent my 30 day notice & no one has got back to me to tell me they've received it but I can't call because they won't pick up & I can't go in person because they're not allowing people inside you HAVE to call, I looked inside & they're just sitting there messing around

I have lived here for over a year now and have had no bugs at all. The parking stinks. Some people like to use it as used car lot or storage lot for cars they don't drive or sell on the side. That makes it hard to find parking for the rest of us. The community is fairly clean some tenant like to put their trash by the doors and make it bad for… everyone instead of throwing it in the garbage like a considerate person would. However It's actually not that bad of a place to live, everywhere has its down falls but this one's I can live with mostly. It would be nice if the other tenants would

From simple things such as prompt maintenance repairs, to more of the personal touch as listening to one vent and help in time of need ! i have had a great experience, my move in process was easy, and there was transparency and honesty the whole way ! major difference from years previous, the apartments have had a huge turn around! most definitely worth every cent! Morada West is definitely a great place to live !
