If you are looking for someone to manage your property then keep looking. I am a renter who rents from this property and their service is terrible. They do not respond to maintenance request on time and no one answers the phone. My family has been out of air condition since July 15, here we are July 30th and it's still not fixed. The property manager keeps lying that the part is ordered and tracked and will be here July 30th. When I spoke to the vendor, the vendor stated parts only shows shipped and cannot be tracked. They told me to purchase fans and use it with my newborn and toddler in

I used this company to manage my property for 2 years. They exhibited a lack a professionalism. Julio as well as Carla did not manage the property well and did not follow what they advertised via their website. I would not advise using this "boutique" agency if you are looking for quality. The fact that this agency then comments that they have never worked with me speaks volumes. Please see attached picture that shows that I did work with this agency. Julio is very unprofessional. I had to wait hours after the schedule time to pick up the keys for my property while I was pregnant.

I am giving Chanticleer a solid three star review - why? Well, the best employee I would give a maybe 3.5 out of 5, the worst would get a failing grade.

When we started our search for a rental, we needed a big place with lots of room for kids. I had contacted Carla and right away she had my boyfriend and I looking at a unit. Even though we were not picked for the first two houses, Carla kept working with us and didn't want us to give up. She found us a place and it is beautiful. She answered a million of our questions through email, text or phone call. She always got back to us right away and definitely wanted to get us a home. I would recommend her and this company to everyone because it is not everyday that you get a fabulous experience

Recently was leasing a home through this property company. I was supposed to move in at the end of march and they pushed it back a week after i had already paid the deposit AND had all the utilities turned on. Turned out the owner had not even closed with his lender. Chanticleer Properties offered my security deposit back which took THREE WEEKS to get back. the communication between myself and the representative was horrible and I feel like i got no where. After asking if they were going to refund the $100 in utilities they wont even email me back now. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Chanticleer Properties manages our rental property very well. Their communication is great and love their online website for owners. This probably eliminates a good percentage of questions we would have because it is all there. Even when there is an issue with our property they keep you updated on the status and provide recommendations for you to consider. We are glad to have Chanticleer Properties managing our property and highly recommend them to others.
