There is some good and some REALLY BAD about this place. Unfortunately the bad has started to weigh out the good in my second year living here. This place could be wonderful if the stuff they advertised actually worked. ie the hot tub, fire pit, grills, ELEVATORS. I have had some good experience with staff and some terrible. They have not responded to emails I’ve sent and they once sent me an email adding charges to my account because I “didn’t give them proof of insurance” when I moved in lol funny part was I had a copy of the email with the attached renters insurance before I moved in

If it was possible to give a place 0 stars I would. They might have the worst management of any place in East Lansing. Between utility costs being incorrect every month, the lack of available hours to get into the office, and the terrible communication from the leasing managers and the general manager, it is absolutely not worth the price to live here.

Overall a clean and quality place to live. I'm disappointed in the customer service. I have one major complaint that got dismissed by the office. Shortly after I moved in, my boyfriend came to visit and spent the night. He parked in a spot that did NOT have any sign indicating he could not park there. 5:30am the next morning his car was gone. There were no signs around the property stating which towing company works with Hannah Lofts. I also tried the on-call phone and received no answer. We were calling different towing companies before 6am trying to just figure out where his car was. After paying

All the negative comments from 2 years ago still hold true. Terrible management. Very rude staff. Nothing is organized, the price that they make you pay for what you get is less than fair. I would not recommend anyone live here. This is managed by Campus Advantage, and DTN management is way better. You're better off picking an old apartment that is less updated, but has way better service and management...and adequate parking. There are not even enough spots for residents in uncovered parking to where you have to park across the street in another business' parking lot. Things in these

This place is amazing! The people at the desk are so friendly and helped me sign my first lease! As a medical student, the study spaces here are amazing and let you focus pretty well as they look modern and are way better then the main library on campus. The pool and grills make for a good break from school :).

My daughter signed a lease in December of 2019 because good housing was hard to come by at MSU, but the pandemic hit in March 2020. They won't let you out of your lease for any reason even a for pandemic or loss of job. Also you pay for 12 months but only get your apartment for 11 months and 1 week. NEVER RENT unless you can pay for a full year. Don't be fooled because they reply to your complaint. When you try to reach out like they ask you to do, you get no email response.

One of the worst places to live in East Lansing. Absolute joke of a management team and they do not care for you at all. Still giving me bills/other notifications and I subleased MONTHS ago. Have called the leasing office 5 or 6 times now to get ahold of the situation and have received no response/ no call back. The units are a joke for the price. save your time money and most importantly PATIENCE and lease somewhere else. The worst apartments in East Lansing BY FAR. Absolute embarrassment.

Hannah Lofts management staff should be ashamed of themselves. They've sent out emails to students/residents telling them they are concerned for their health and well-being. In the next paragraph, the begin by outlining rent and lease obligation. Awful. Dishwasher won't drain and water sits inside it ready to spill out more. Sent in a service ticket and two days later no one has come by to look at it or fix it. The smell of rotten water permeates the room. Stopped by front desk again today. They say we will get to you when we can. Garbage disposal same thing. Doesn't work won't drain smelly water. Ticket turned in no response so far. Awful experience who runs a business like this? I get it's move in week but maybe you check out a unit before someone moves in and you take their money. Right when I moved in, I could tell Hannah Lofts was one of the best apartment complexes on campus. I love having my own room/bathroom, great amenities, and an awesome staff. They provide a good bus service which is very convenient, although it would be a plus if they included the Business College Complex into the route. The fitness center here is… top notch, and the hot tub is extremely nice. Cleanliness was a big factor to the reason why I leased here and I have not been disappointed. The service is outstanding, and the staff members are super understanding and nice. I am going to be leasing

The management is absolutely clueless. Just wanted a quick tour of a bedroom and ended up waiting 30 minutes just to get a tour guide that couldn't answer any one of my questions. He had "the wrong key" so decided to show us the local businesses outside (because apparently, I can't see those when I am walking into the building). Didn't even get to see a bedroom and one hour wasted. Awful management. Clueless employees. Don't go there unless you are ready for disappointment.
