Casa de Fuentes is a great place! The staff, the maintenance people, the facilities, everything is great. I went in for a tour and was assisted by Reagan and she was such a big help! The complex is absolutely gorgeous, not only did she show me the upgraded unit, but the property was very clean and well maintained. You can tell this staff definitely takes pride in their community!

I like the property, but due to the fact i was lied to by Briana, i am not signing a lease that has me paying $1,300.00 for a one bedroom wich is the price of their two bedroom even with pet fees. Their one bedroom with the pet fees should be $930.00

Recently I had needed to find a new place to live, and immediately was met with accommodation from the leasing agent Raegan Lynch. I had previously lived at casa de Fuentes when I was younger with my mother, and had the best memories playing in the court yards there. I had came to her on a Friday ready to look at a 1 bedroom, she did an amazing job at making the entire process go very easy. Casa de Fuentes has a squirrel problem. They live inside the walls of the apartment. I can hear them at night scratching the walls. I have reported this and nothing is done. The manager there likes to argue with residents. Our lease is up in October and when you renew lease you get a carpet clean
well we didnt get our carpet clean in October one year because nobody would be home and we would need to move a couple of things around for it so my mom decided to wait until she had a day off which would be till May of the next year. Phew!! Glad my lease is up and I’m finally moving out of this apartment. Horrible experience with the ladies at the office. They never want to hear you talk about any issues with the condition of the apartment (repairs, safety and so on ..). Disrespectful and always ready to argue and yell. Don’t fall in this trap!!

I've never wanted to be a home owner. The last apartment complex I lived in I was there for 17 years. The property manager stopped taking care of residents. I found Casa De Fuentes during the pandemic. This is a beautiful property with nice ammenties for residents. The grounds are maintained regularly and there are courtyards and clean laundry facilities. The online pictures truly show how nice the complex is. The management staff are friendly and courteous. If by chance I need a service call their team is prompt and I feel comfortable allowing them in my home. I highly recommend stopping by if

We lived there for almost 10 years and they never fixed anything or cleaned the carpet. Everytime the upstair neighbor dropped water or their bathroom flooded on their apartment everything would leak down into our apartment and they never fixed that. We also had a problem trying to get our down payment we payed over $800 and they didn't want to give it back it took them over 3 months to give it back to us and when they did eventually give it back they gave us a fraction of what we have them even though we let's the apartment almost perfect

Location and space of the apartment is the only good thing I can think of during my stay in this complex. While the maintenance techs were friendly and responsive, the manager and most staff seem to be defensive and confrontational most of the time. The office always seemed to have tensed vibe which is why I would deal with them at the minimum. During my exit they charged me for bleached carpet that was already there before I moved in. The staff who validated that info left the complex right after I moved in so there was no point arguing. If you move in this complex make sure you take pictures

Hope u like leaf blowers every Saturday for three hours and they blow them on ur car anyway lol u can hear every little thing at all times. It's pretty ghetto, but they hire cheap labor companies to come and dress it up for u. The pics they provide are not at all what u get also what a joke

I lived at Casa De Fuentes for 3 years and the front office and maintenance departments were very attentive. Every conversation I had was fruitful and any issue I had was resolved. Tiffany the property manager has been there for quite a few years which is very refreshing.
You can't beat their competitive pricing in central Overland Park.
After leaving for a year, I am in the process of moving back in.

I have had to call emergency maintenance four times in the past six months because of roof leaks. Despite of several work orders the ceiling has not been repaired. Ceiling is damaged in four different spots. Beware of moving in here. I can hear footsteps 24 hrs a day upstairs. I do not know what the ceiling is made of but this much leakage is too much. Also ceiling should not sound like it's about to collapse when upstairs neighbors walk.

I have lived here for almost 20 years. It is a wonderful place to live. It's heavily forested and I love being so close to the creek. The area is very safe. I never worry about crime or break-ins. They are always offering to help in any way. They check on residents on a regular basis to make sure everything is running o.k. Maintenance is very prompt & helpful. The residents are so nice. I assume they do extensive background checks. Parking is never a problem. They set aside spaces for handicapped residents. I have mobility problems and they put up a railing by the stairs. I feel so lucky

Great location. It never gets too loud. Although the place is old, everything's in great working condition and the few times I submit an online request for repairs, maintenance usually shows up that very day. The walls are paper thin but I have been blessed with quiet neighbors for most of my residency. For a time I had a neighbor that smoked and I'd wake up to the smell permeating my room but I guess that's the price of living in an apartment. My 1 bedroom is huge and the rent is definitely fair; obviously it does increase every 13 months. The only thing that has soured my experience
