Silver Bell Apartments

This place is a mess. The fire alarm goes off erratically and every time I ask the manager why it went off he says that someone burnt some toast on such and such floor, and no emails go out to alert residents that there isn't a fire. When emails ARE sent to residents, they are riddled with spelling mistakes, which I imagine makes them nearly impossible to translate for tenants who do not speak English. Communication is not a big priority here. Management does not require masks to be worn in the buildings and walk around as if Covid does not exist. I guess the health and safety of their tenants

Worst building I've been in by far. Maintenance was suppose to fix certain things before we moved in, not only were none of them fixed, but after we moved in we found multiple more problems including our kitchen flooded due to a leak from our garbage disposal. Manager said he would talk to corporate to see if we can be compensated knowing all along that they do not so compensations. The apartment above us moved out and threw a couch off their balcony and it broke our railing. Manager sets times to meet with us and doesn't show up for the times he requested we be there. We've had ants in our apartment

Did not have a great experience living here. I would not recommend this place to anyone I know. The only reason the manager has good reviews is because he swindles people into writing 5 star reviews in exchange for something. The issues are endless... bug infestations, crime, drugs

The management is quick to respond.
Edit: first apartment out of the 5 complexs that I have lived at to not get the full security deposit back. I used to clean apartments for a job and know specifically what to look for. If you plan to live here, there's no reason to put any effort towards cleaning upon leaving.

I have been living over 11 year at Silver Bell apartment in one bed room with my daughter,very clean and quite place to live . I feel it is my own place. It is about time to move to two bed rooms . They gave me good discount. Thank you so much being here for us always Sid and your team!!

These apartments are sharp, clean and well maintained. Love the quiet road it's on with quick access to everything you need.

Sid and John went over and above their customer service skills this week!! I've had some major surgery issues this past month. Upon checking my car I found the battery to be completely dead, after sitting in my stall for approx 2 months.. Both were able to resolved the issue -- I now have a car that runs. Sid is always attentive to whatever the issue is and the resolution is superior!! Thank you - you're both AWESOME (^_^)!!

Scheduled a tour at 1today. Drove 30 minutes there in rain and told me there is not any schedule on it.
It seems that they always have communication breakdown in the office but they would never admit it or apology for it.
Said I dialed a wrong number. My fault of course!
Get your employees some customer service!

Sid and John are the best! They made moving in so much better and everything was done in a timely manner and so far everything has been great!

Thanks to Sid and John for helping me with my maintenance request a couple weeks ago! They were able to fix the problem right away. Great maintenance work and in a very timely manner! I have lived at Silver Bell for 28 years and enjoy it very much! Great team work!
