Caution, slow to respond to issues that need fixing and if you put a deposit down they will find a reason to take it. Normal wear and tear is your responsibility to pay for. Lived in many different places and thats a first. So don't bother going heavy duty on cleaning you will be charged a 231$ cleaning fee regardless. So save yourself the time. Would I ever consider moving here again? Nope. From car break-ins to junkies sleeping in the vending machine room to feces smeared in the stairwell all the way on the top floor, to elevators being used as restrooms. Many things to like about the place. But the safety of your person and property is in danger.
Of the year I've lived here my car has been broken into twice and as of recently many car windows and doors broken by theives breaking in. Many of this is in the garage that has no cameras. (My car as well)
The response from the office will be the patrols will be out there more frequently but its appearent that thats not happening. Now they've started a lock your door campaign. (Despite the car doors and windows being broken)
It's clear they aren't even going to attempt to instill cameras AT LEAST.

This is hands down the most unprofessional and greedy apartment complex I've ever leased from. From the moment you sign the lease you'll be counting the days until you're finally free. Unless you want to spend money on hair replacement treatments from the stress they're going to put you under, I'd strongly suggest taking your business elsewhere.

Worst complex ive ever lived in. If you call them out on any of the stuff they will threaten to evict you. Cover yourself. I can only post this now that ive moved. They made life hell for everyone that wants them to stick to the law and there word. I had maintenance break into my apartment numerous times, stealing things or just sitting in my apartment when i walk in the door or out of the shower. Its the worst be careful

The building is never cleaned, it smells like weed and urine. My apartment door chain lock was missing the chain. I’m unsure of who removed it (was it the previous tenant? Did they have a spare key so they could enter at any time?) while I was in the parking lot walking to the leasing office and unpacking people were watching me and following me. There’s a homeless camp on the other side of the building.

Axis is been my home for the past 3 years. I called it my home outside my home❤. Since I moved in until today, the Axis community been really great to me and my family. If I need anything fix at my unit. They came to fix it right away. They have been very helpful with rent when I needed more time, since the pandemic break out and most of us are losing so much hours of work due to the pandemic. I will highly recommend my friends and families to come here and live.. it's a beautiful place and a great community...

This apartment is okay but I would really suggest that they should make more parking spots! Or have assign parking or something Cause some people can’t afford the garage either and some people like me don’t go Home from work till about 11-1am, I don’t have time to look drive around the complex just to look for parking. I’ve been having issues for parking since day 1 I move here and I’ve been here for 4months already and I went to the office and they said they will do something about it and I still haven’t heard back from them!
