Any time I’ve had to make a
Maintenance request at Summerbrooke Apartments, they have been prompt for repair within a day or two of making the request. Kevin and Gilbert have always been friendly and accommodating. I appreciate their kindness and that they’ve taken care of my request speedily. Thank you guys for all you do!

It's very quiet, very clean, and is pretty much up to date( oven, microwave, refrigerator, waterheater, and AC). The Manager or front office are very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. They are very attentive on every problems that may arise. Maintenance are very knowledgeable and professional.

Me and my buddy moved to Texas from Mississippi for work and found this place after talking to Theresa the assistant manager she was able to get us into a place in short notice very smoothly and has been a extremely and wonderfully helpful in helping us start our lives in Texas. The apartments are nice and the pool is terrific.
