I have lived at Addison at Cherry Creek for about 6 months now and it has been great overall. Rose was great showing me around and getting me signed up. She has also helped plenty of different times with small items that pop-up too. There was an issue with towing the wrong car, but the management took care of everything quickly for me and everything worked out fine. Worst part about it is a different complex next door, always throwing trash onto our property, car alarms going off in the middle of the night, 'fireworks', etc. But I know that isn't Addison's fault! I do wish there were more community

Very nice and friendly, any time I have had questions or concerns they always get answered right away.
My mail box broke this morning and by the time I got home it was all fixed!
I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to anymore that is looking for awesome customer service and very friendly staff members. And a special shout out to Daphne she's super friendly and always on her A game. Definitely a great place to live I would give it a 10/10!

Loudest apartment I have ever lived in. Constant noise of revving engines, fireworks, loud music, and parties. Not for people who want to live quietly. I'm posting this on Christmas Eve because all I can hear on the third floor over the sound of my television is a loud rumbling engine and music coming from a car that presumably is generally parked in the loud garage I have already gone to the office about. Clearly nothing was done about it. Noise pollution should be fined until it stops. That also goes for the people who have parties and wake my family up at 2:30 AM. Everything hanging on my walls

Horrible experience living here. Everything in our unit was broken upon move-in and it took weeks to get everything functioning. Following, the leasing office had tow trucks taking cars for various reasons expired plates regardless if new tags were on the way or not. Management was not friendly to work with or understanding towards residents in our experiences. The keys we were issued never worked for the amenities. Not worth the cost of living there at all.

How can you pay a tow truck company to come to your tenants apartments to prey on them? My plates expired 1 day ago and colorado auto recovery is Threatening me. They drive through the apartment complex all night at 2 AM to find plates that are expired they stalk tenants who live here. I called them to explain that both of my vehicles new tag sticker would not be here for five more days and they said I have to park on the city Street walk back to my apartment or they will tow my vehicles. The contract between Addison and the tow company is in place for abandoned vehicles not hard-working people

This place is so ghetto and trashy. The office staff (amber and Daphne) are so rude and unprofessional. I have never in my 10+ years of renting encountered a property with staff as rude and disrespectful as the people who work here. I personally refuse to speak to amber because of how nasty her attitude is no matter what the situation is. The condition of the actual apartment you move into is nothing like the unit they show you. My unit has torn up carpet that reeked like cat piss and wall siding that had severe damage. When my washing machine broke I went over a week with very little communication

Do not rent here! You’ll be paying way too much money just to be harassed and the leasing office does nothing about it. Some of them are also extremely rude and make you feel like an inconvenience, except for Amber, she’s the only one I bother to go to because she’s not disrespectful. But overall just don’t waste your money here. There’s soooo many better places you can find that won’t become a hostile living situation. Probably cheaper too

I am getting an new assistant fur baby. He is a one tear old ChowChow. I am disabled. I called the office and luckily I was able to speak with Amber. She and Rose are simply wonderful. I was able to make an appointment to complete the paperwork before picking Bear up at the shelter. Please think about adoption if you are getting a fur baby. The Du.b Friends League are really great to work with take sure everyone will be a good fit for everyone.

I do enjoy parts of living here. High ceilings, beautiful apartments, but there are some thug s that can make it up enjoyable. First of all, rent is going up immensely, comparing itself to prices from higher end apartments in downtown. However, there are many things to take in consideration. First of all, last summer there were 2 separate shootings, right near where I live. The complex will occasionally hire security, but usually only for a night or 2 after the fact and then they disappear.. Secondly, someone tried to steal my car! While my move in process was a little less than ideal (we had to switch units and push our move in date back), management has been phenomenal ever since. Justin was the community manager when I moved in and he rightfully was promoted within the company. Daffiney took over a few months ago and she was extremely helpful with my move out process. Not to mention our actual apartment was awesome! I wish my circumstances were different so I was able to continue living here.

Moved to Denver from Iowa and found the Addison Cherry Creek apartments online. Amber was super responsive and very helpful during the application process. The apartment complex has good amenities including kids playground, basketball court and a dog wash station. Also it's quiet and is in a great location with restaurants and shops down the road.

Today my husband and I visited Addison and was escorted by Rose around the complex. She was extremely nice and made us feel very welcome. The grounds we're very nice and clean. She was very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions we asked. Definitely looking forward to calling this home soon. 🙂

Straight from the beginning of first touring Addison at cherry creek 2 years ago, to moving in and living there has been an awesome experience. My girlfriend I couldn't have imagined our first apartment together any different! Tracy one of leasing Professionals at addison has always been so accommodating and nice to talk to. Rose as well we love them both. The maintenance staff are always so quick to respond to a request and you always see them around the grounds making sure it's clean.

We lived here for a year and had no issues. Sometimes parking would be tough but that's when you come home at 1am and what would you expect honestly. Robert the leasing manager was awesome and if the prices didn't go up we'd be right back in our same apartment. Maintenance was fast to fix any issues even though we never had any major ones. Neighbors were quiet and nice. Community events were always fun! When it came time to leave we had no problems other then saying goodbye was very hard! We received our deposit back and never had any problems.

I am extremely disappointed with my decision to move to this community. At first, all was well, but an issue arose around a month ago that was brought to the attention of the leasing office. Their response to the issue was to simply ignore my concerns and make the situation worse, which has resulted in me staying with a friend offsite for the last three weeks. In that time, I've made multiple attempts to contact the community manager and ConAm, both of which have ignored my communications. For all residents considering this location, please heed this warning, do not move here.

Update: they posted a loud a$$ letter on our door over 46 cents...like we dont pay our bills. We have been here for years and this is the treatment you can expect if u move here. Meanwhile there's all this trash outside our door, a car thats been double parked (exp out of state tags and broke down) but I leave one box on my patio for a couple of days I'm getting a s h t t y letter on my door. Petty trash is what you'll deal with here. Also don't plan on receiving ur packages unless you want to give up your personal information ie credit card and trust me they will find some

Smells like pot if you open your windows.

I thought I'd finally update this review as my nightmare is over. Not too long after I posted negative reviews in a few places I was contacted by a supervisor (to be fair and full disclosure I also sent an email to them saying that I was done talking with folks. I would settle for 2x the full amount of my deposit (which was $850, if you are fighting this same issue be sure that you double check their numbers) or I would sue them for 3x the amount. After getting a phone call from a woman asking if we could work something out I repeated my email: I would settle for 2x or sue for 3, this was

As I have stated before, I do like the apartments. They are nice, which is why my first review was 4 stars. But I have to give it one star for my updated review due to the spider problem not being able to get under control. I have requested pest control from the apartment which they have done and have done quickly. I have my own spider and bug spray that I have sprayed multiple times (well over 5 times) and I have even made natural spider repellant, which I spray about once a week. NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES I SPRAY OR THE APARTMENT SPRAYS, IT DOESN'T TAKE CARE OF THE SPIDERS!!!

Don't do it! Worst experience I have ever experienced living in an apartment. We were promised several things moving in and they definitely didn't deliver. They nickel and dime you for everything. Staff are not friendly and have no sympathy. I don't usually write reviews but I needed to this time because I don't want someone else to go through the pain that we experienced.
