Love love love the apartments. The staff is AMAZING! The value is amazing! From day one we felt welcomed. The maintenance is very attentive and things get fixed super fast. The apartments are the best around for their price. Our only two complaints is extremely loud and rude neighbors and having the washer and dryer in the closet.

I only gave 1 start because I have to. These are the worst apartments I have every been in my 26 years of life. For starters i moved here November of 2020 and after doing my inspection i noticed my patio door was hard to open and even harder to close.
I had to wait a month for them to even attempt to fix it and for them to tell me there was nothing they could do because the foundation in the building is messed up.
Not they are constantly making "reserved" parking spots forcing everyone to park in visitor parking that is not paying 50.00 a month for a reserved spot.
Then they will turn around

Was advised by Brenda office assistant, that my brother couldn't go out and walk around the apartment premises, just because brenda doesn't like the way he looks at people and was threatened by Brenda that if he continues walking around we will be forced out of our contract and out of the apartment, he has disabilities and needs to walk, never had been told that he couldn't go out and enjoy his walks, feeling harrased!!

This complex likes to give you notice of your lease ending during the last month of your lease for you can not put your 30 days in on time. The letter states that it must be responded to by May 31st but is dated June 3 and delivered by June 4. As to force you to resign a lease agreement for you dont pay the outrage amount. On top of that the office crossed out the month to month rate and replaces it with a higher price. When we moved in we had asked about the month to month rate after the lease ended and they had said it would rise only about a hundred dollars when in reality it rises by over three

My apartment was flooded (250 area) by their sprinkler system, they damaged my belongings and left my stuff outside. They are choosing not to replace a carpet that was wet for 4 days and Im sure there is a mold smell. Management personally told me they are not responsible for this “accident” and they will not replace the stuff that was personally damaged by maintenance.

I have been a resident for just shy of 3 years. It is absolutely amazing! The office staff is very professional but at the same time very courteous, approachable, kind, and they’re always there when you need them. The maintenance staff is VERY punctual. Every time I’ve submitted request they’re always responding within a few hours. I’ve never had any major requests, this place is in great condition.
I did extensive research before signing a lease here. I wanted refrigerated air, downstairs, and W/D hookup but I didn’t want to pay a lot. I viewed several places that laughed and said I

BRENDA WENT IN TO MY APARTMENT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION AND ASKED ME TO LEAVE BEFORE MY MONTH WAS DO...
I am VERY upset, on November 24th I moved some furniture out of my apartment, I received a call the next day the 25th from Brenda saying she went IN to MY apartment without my permission and mentioned she found my pet and that I needed to go get my pet and furniture OUT because SOMEONE told her I had abandoned the apartment, in the conversation I let her know a couple times I had not left and asked why she got in there if I had not told her or anyone I was leaving.
She kept on asking me to go

My husband and I moved from a different complex here and WOW what a change! New floors, maintenance is SUPER ATTENTIVE, neighbors are very nice, and it feels good again to have refrigerated air!
All of the ladies in the office are very nice. Kathy works hard to please the tenants and make sure we feel at home. The place has a nice floor plan that makes it feel really big. The only thing I would change would be having the washer and dryer connections somewhere other than the closet but we are figuring that out and it wasn't a surprise knowing it would be there. It's our first week here but so far
