Honestly I would NOT recommend renting here. The apartments have extremely cheap finishes, small things are regularly breaking, and maintenance is very unhelpful. The floors, fixtures and everything are covered in paint spots and chips which leaves everything looking dirty.
We have had SEVERAL packages go missing with no help, one turned up several weeks later essentially destroyed, all the packages were confirmed delivered to the building. IF you choose to live here seriously do not get anything slightly important delivered to the building.

I literally walked in with all the money they wanted and then some ... balling crying because my bill was $17 more than the max payment allowed using the SYSTEM THEY REQUIRED ME TO USE!

I don't even know where to begin. My husband and I feel so blessed to have found these apartments to call home. I love all the fun events that are hosted, the amazing staff that is genuinely caring and ready to help with anything. The pools are like being at a resort. So fur baby friendly too! I've travelled the world in the military for 20 years and it's nice to be settled in a such a great place that feels like home. Can honestly say no complaints here!

We moved in to 4110 Fairmount a little over a year ago and the team at the time left a lot to be desired. Thankfully the staff at the complex changed last fall. When we were up for lease renewal or the option to move recently, we chose to stay as the current management/office team always goes above and beyond for us. They're friendly, kind, quick… to respond and great at trying to improve life here with new programs/events. We love our apartment layout, the amenities and the new perks put into place by Nicole and her team. We look forward to the rest of our time here.

I've lived here almost 3 years... the entire complex is unsafe and the management will not tell residents what's really going on. People cars/ tires are broken into contestants. There was a shooting in the parking garage- at a resident and management will not tell the residents. It's awful. Everyone should know about these incidents to help and keep the community safe.

The amenities are nice but not worth how unsafe the building is. People sneak into the heated common areas and closets and sleep there all winter, despite multiple reports nothing has changed. Computers are constantly stolen and not replaced. Crimes are also not reported by management to the residents.

Would not recommend. My boyfriend and I lived here for around 2 years. We ended up moving out early due to finding the perfect home for us. In our move out process we all signed documents stating that one month's rent was due to break the lease, 2 months prior to moving out. Four days prior to our actual move out date, they stated we owed more money, about half of a month's rent. When I showed them the form stating it says only one month's rent was due that we signed, they stated oh we don't have to fill out that form nor notify you that you owe additional money. My husband and I have been here for about 3 years (the first residents in our apartment). We have loved living here. The staff is friendly and helpful.
Apartment Layout - We love it! The double sinks in our bathroom is so convenient! Especially for a one bedroom. And the huge mirrors are nice! I really like our laundry room too! Great space and the view of the pool is nice. Side by Side fridge and washer dyers are great quality as well.
Gym /Pool/BBQ Areas - Great! We use the gym and BBQ grills the most frequent. Other than people not re-racking their weights in the gym (which is common in gyms

Don't do business with them!
My husband & I were going to move here in the middle of July. However, a job promotion is moving us to NYC.
We never signed the lease.
They have kept our deposit.
Even though we gave them a significant notice that we wouldn't be signing, and it took them two days to re-lease it.
Their practices may be legal, but it is a terrible way to treat people.

The towing is ridiculous. Called to say I would have a different car for a couple weeks while mine was being fixed. Had to park on the roof yet my car was still towed. Rather than waiting for somebody to complain and call the towing company because there's an issue, they have given the towing company free access to come in and walk the garage looking for violators. This obviously results in abuse by the towing company, rather than a pleasant resident experience. Parking has been a common complaint so they should just assign people parking. The complex I lived in before did that, you get one

How in the world do they get 5 ⭐️ ratings? Has to be rigged! Worst management I've ever dealt with! I've had a leak since November. I live in one of the luxury town homes. No luxury though! The excuse I kept getting was the roof is under warranty and we're at the mercy of the roofers. Meanwhile I've got water coming out of electrical outlets every… time it rains. They haven't once been concerned about it causing a fire or me bring electrocuted even with me voicing my concerns and contacting an electrician. They are rude, smug, and disrespectful.

I just resigned my lease for this place after a year of living here, if that tells you anything. I've been pretty darn happy with living here the past year and have had minimal issues. The neighbors are super friendly (minus the occasional neighbor who keep coming in at 3am to the garage and rev their engines or blast their music). I've never felt unsafe while on the property or in the gym (which is a great gym). The grounds and pool area are well maintained, people with dogs do clean up after themselves, for the most part. And the management team has always been quick and friendly to

Leasing process was great. After that is has been nothing but disappointment. My unit was not cleaned when I moved in, the quality of construction is garbage. Cabinets are cheap and falling apart, granite in kitchen looks like it was installed by a 10yo. Noise between units is ridiculous, no security, no place for pets. The landscaping looks like… crap, had to beg them for grass in my yard. Parking is a nightmare already and we are not even full. They go not monitor at all. Everyone's friends park in the gate, some units have purchased spots and have 4 and 5 cars per unit. Management is
