I lived here a few years back. Always paid rent on time every month. When I moved out, I got a bill out of the blue for almost 3000 in “damages”. After reading it, they stated that they had to replace the fridge, carpet, Sheetrock and more bs charges. I did not leave the apartment in bad shape. Be careful living here, they will screw you when you move out. Also, got my car broken into multiple times, car actually got stolen at one point and had someone break into my apartment one night while I was at work and stole everything with value. Make sure to have renters insurance.

Highly recommend.
The staff is amazing and so helpful and diligent when it comes to work orders! Very spacious living, pet friendly, and lots of great amenities! Grass is always cut, community areas are always clean and packages get delivered to the office to avoid porch pirates. What more could you possibly ask for!

Terrible place to live, constant roaches and ants even though they charge you every month for an exterminator (that I have NEVER seen). The come up with new charges to tack on, my rent literally went up every single month for the 3 months I was there. They charged me for water, then a pipe broke outside under ground and they charged me again $70 for their faulty plumbing. There was lots of illegal activity to include drug use, public displays of alcohol, disturbing the peace in the middle of the night on a regular basis. And if you complain they make everything like it is your fault. I would

If you are looking for a apartment to move in to do not move in to these when you first walk in there super nice but when you start living and paying rent they are super rude and give attitude Jessica and the property manager gave me permission to have my trailer here but a few weeks later I saw it had a sticker for it to get towed away I went to go and talk to them and they again said on sorry go head and take off the sticker and you can have it here a week later it was picked up went to go and talk to them again they told me it said on the contract that it wasn't allowed here I never got

About close to my first month here and I can definitely say I'm loving it. My first apartment here in corpus; and i couldn't be happier with the area, upgraded apartment, and everything else. I took a look around many places and I chose Saratoga Cove. Jessica is super attentive, fast paced and everyone so far has been so sweet, and friendly. I have had only one issue with one of my appliances, but work orders were submitted super fast! I have good hope if I ever were to come into another occurrence of such, it will be taken care of. Everything around seems super clean, and all the amenities

We have lived here for four and a half years. We live in a two bedroom, two & half bath townhouse. We will be signing another 15 month lease when our lease comes up for renewal in December. It's a GREAT place to live. It's a very dog friendly community and very secure place to live. The office personnel are great about accepting packages from UPS & Fed-Ex if you are not home. As with any place you live there will be maintenance issues. They respond to those issues very quickly as well.

I've been living here for half a year now and its by far the best place I have ever lived! Friendly staff and very well kept buildings and landscape makes for one happy experience. I am happy we didn't sign a lease for longer than 8 months. These apartments are INFESTED WITH RATS and MOLD. (Building 54 & 55 appear to be the worst). I heard them in the walls on a nightly basis and even caught a few inside of our apartment. The only thing they did was patch some of the holes with wire mesh and put down rat traps on the outside of the buildings. Even after they did that I could still hear stuff crawling in the walls and chewing on the Sheetrock. I am trying to catch up on some reviews and felt I should give a shout out to my apartments.
I can not believe the other reviews on here, my experience has been totally different. I have not had any problem with the maintenance. Everytime I have needed anything they have came fast and fixed the problem. But I have not needed much, I am in an apartment that has been renovated and is nice. As for the people in the office, that have always been friendly to me. I posted a picture of the dog park (I use all the time, always clean) and a picture of the new playground which is right there to. Right

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! These people are very money hungry and will fine you for any and everything. You cannot leave anything on your front porch, meanwhile there is a jungle growing on your back porch. The people in the office try to seem very friendly over the phone while explaining things, but then still expect you to pay hidden fees. I have lived at several apartments in Corpus Christi and these by far take the cake on the most poorly managed property. I HATE THESE APARTMENTS. Norma, very rude, disrespectful, and just awful lady. Evicts my family and I just because her friend is downstairs to us and didn't want us living above her. We payed rent on time and never paid late, but still received an eviction notice at my door. She tried to make up excuses saying my roommate and I "fist fight" but I work two jobs and my roommate works all the time at a car dealership.
