Disgusting apartments. The website and apps show new updated apartments, or just nicer cleaner apartments, but this is what we moved into. With our infant… We complained to the office & they admitted they were aware of the apartments conditions. They said “we can refinish the tubs if you want but it’ll take a day or two”. Why wouldn’t they do that before people moved in? Dirty people. Dirty place. There’s more I could complain about but they know what type of people they are.

Regret moving here. Had serious privacy and security/safety concerns while living here. Maintenance and leasing office staff, Leslie and Vanessa, were unprofessional and had questionable practices at these apartments. Would avoid living here at all costs, especially as a woman. Was not safe while I lived here.

I've been needing my AC replaced for the past three years and still it's not happened. I have now had to call every single day this week because it is finally not holding any kind of freon or whatever may be wrong with it. the only reason I have stayed here the past three years is because they are the only place that allows at least three dogs which I have. it's hot as hell outside!

Location and easy living. The $800price of a 1bedroom 1.5 bathroom Townhouse was worth it. The best thing is having easy access to go anywhere. Our dog had a great time here to. Office supplied dog bags, great lawn care, and if there was anything that needed attention they were always well communicating with me when me or my wife were at work or taking care of business. Definitely got a lot for the price. Saved a lot in Time.

We've been renting this apartment for a little over 2 years now, and I really like it here. The rent is very reasonable especially for the amount of space that you get, and our apartment feels very roomy. Maintenance is very knowledgeable, and if we have any issues they get it fixed. We haven't had many issues with bugs, but when we do they send pest control to get on top of it. I walk my dog around this big apartment complex a couple times a day. It's a great place to have a pet. We stop by the leasing office to say hi to Vanessa and Brittany, and they shower my Gertie-dog with lots of attention

I have been here about 5 months and really do love it. I'm in a very spacious 2 bed/2 bath. The complex is quiet, yet has a great location near so many things. I love how leafy it is and I see birds and rabbits running around when I walk my dog. They are very responsive to maintenance requests, and have even helped me out with a few things that weren't their responsibility, which as a woman living on my own I REALLY appreciated. I have been a resident here for 16 years. Best place in west Knoxville. It is close to the mall and many other stores. Grocers, drug stores, eateries, are all close by. The staff is excellent. Vanessa is the best! The maintenance crew is always quick and thorough. Two pools, tennis courts, on site work out room, etc. I wouldn't live anywhere else!!!

We've only lived here a month, but so far it's awesome. The maintenance guys are fast and nice. The office staff is helpful. Our neighbors are quite. The pools could use some TLC but they're kept pretty clean. The fitness center is great. Our townhouse is large enough for our family. I wish it had more ceiling fans, because the upstairs can get hot but we're happy.

Don't let this complex and their staff fool you and rob you blind! They're too busy letting thieves and drug dealers live in their complex than to care for the ones that have small children living on site, including myself. Also dont use their automated rent pay on their website because it'll tell you a number that'll end up being "incorrect" and you'll be the one responsible for the mistake! Youll also have to watch out for the next door neighbor that's selling drugs all daylong out of the complex- because this is apparently suitable to the staff!
