I wish I could give 0 stars. Trash. Don't live here. When I first moved in, they did not clean my apartment. One of the stove tops didn't work. The sink in my bathroom was smashed in. Did not have the correct mail box key. They said I would pay a base rent of $1160 plus sales tax which ended up being 1186.68 now I'm paying $1239 almost $100 more than what I was told I would pay monthly. I KEEP getting bugs even tho I'm on the second floor. The lady who used to work here said because I am on the second floor, I shouldn't have these problems. They came and sprayed twice and I still have these problems

The A/C technician really knew his stuff and he did an excellent job. The A/C is working like a charm.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Don’t waste your time even looking at this place. I had a maintenance work order put in the first month I moved in August 2020 and they just finished it June 2021. Brian the manager is awesome and very responsive. I can’t say the same for the rest of the staff.

DO NOT LIVE HERE! I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH! The list of reasons why is pretty long but here we go:
1) the walls ceiling and floor of my apartment all leaked on separate occasions during the past year (that’s every possible surface for those of you counting.
2) I was told not to worry about mold but then mushrooms started growing out of my walls (see the photos)
3) the new dryer I was promised at move in never came.
4) the water was turned off without advance notice today (11/1) and when I brought this to the attention of the front desk they didn’t even apologize…. Not so much as a

I appreciated Zoey’s kindness throughout the process but am very disappointed in my experience as a potential tenant. It took over a month to get my application processed, I had to call to find out I was even approved. The day before my scheduled move-in a different representative let me know that I can’t even see the unit I’m supposed to be leasing until I’ve signed the lease at 4pm. No pictures, no walk through, which just seemed a bit sketchy and was a policy I was never made aware of.This led me to unfortunately have to cancel my move-in and throw the application money out the window

Even though it took forever to get my deposit back, this is a great place to live at.. The pools are always clean and the staff in the office are very kind and professional. I recommend anyone to live here. My apartment was very spacious and the maintenance here are on top of their game! :)

I lived here 5 years ago. I currently live in California and trying to get a new place to live. I have denied by 3 places because it stated I was evicted from Rancho Viejo which is now I'm assuming renamed Sanctuary on 22nd. When I lived there I was a full-time student earning my teaching degree and using my GI Bill to pay my rent... two times the VA had a delay in payment or incorrect payment amounts for my housing stipend; one time in January and June. During these months the payments tend to get messed up due to start and end dates of classes. This caused my rent to be late, however even

My husband and I lived here for 3 years and had no issues at all. Maintenance got behind when covid started but other than that we loved living here. We only moved because we bought a house

As a resident of over three years now, the professionalism of the staff by far exceeds any other. It has been a true pleasure to be a part of the Sanctuary on 22nd family. Every time enter the leasing office, I am always met with a warm welcome whether it’s to just casually catch up or I have a maintenance request. Recently, one of my vehicles had a flat tire. Not only did the staff help provide the equipment to assist, they also helped change the tire. As someone who is living in his first ever apartment, my trust is definitely with the Sanctuary in 22nd team members. So to those looking for

I've lived here a couple months now and it's a pretty nice place to live. It's quiet most days with respectable neighbors. I have only seen 1 bug inside since I've moved and that's only because I had the door open for a bit. One of my main concerns when looking for an apartment was any infestations of any kind whether it be roaches or bed bugs. The fact that there hasn't been any increases my rating here. The grounds are pretty kept aswell. Every week or every other week I'll see landscaping guys out there picking up. Sanctuary isn't the greatest apartments

Excellent management. Really cares about the residents. Very on top of the maintenance repairs.
The grounds are very clean and well maintained. The pools are beautiful. I like that the grills are kept clean.
Office staff very pleasant and helpful.
So close to everything plenty of places to grocery shop. Easy to get to very near public transportation.

I'm writing a review on every platform I can to let people know about this place. I have so many bad things to say about this place I don't even know where to start. I feel like the good reviews are honestly fake or there is some sort of bribery for people to write nice reviews, because this place is horrible. I've only been living here for a short amount of time and I'm already thinking about breaking my lease to leave. First, the women in the front office are extremely rude, specifically the leasing agent you meet when you first walk in. All of them treat you like you&apos

As much as I disagreed with the old managers at least they made repairs in a timely manner. The new crew they have is just pencil whipping the repair forms. I was happy when I got the notification saying the leak in my A/C was fixed but here I am at home staring at a puddle on the ground. The weather is not bad right now but we all know how it will be in a few weeks and the A/C is crucial in that heat. Fix the A/C in Apt. 1041 my name is Daniel Cruz you have my number it's on every work order I've sent this year. Also if you can give us a recap of what goes on with repairs in our home

I don't have experience living here so I can't speak for the other reviewers but I did want to say that when I visited here during my apartment search the staff at the leasing office were some of the most hospitable and helpful people I met out of 18 different complexes that I checked out. After some quick calculations it became obvious that even a one bedroom was going to be too financially challenging for me. Instead of pressuring me or making me feel unwelcome both women at the office gave me advice about where to find apartments in my price range that were closer to my job. Based

DO NOT MOVE HERE! WARNING DO NOT MOVE HERE! Michelle Stephens in the front office is very RUDE and very very UNPROFESSIONAL. They are always nice until they need your money! She was so nice when we were moving in. Now we are close to the end of our lease and she has turned into a monster! Walking away from the simplest of conversations and having no care for HUMAN LIFE. I would not suggest you spend your hard earned money on this place! There are MUCH BETTER OPTIONS! God Bless and good luck!

On my walk through after signing lease found a rusty fridge, spray paint on all the rooms floors/carpet and stains on carpet also the tub wasn't caulked on half of the joints(which leads to mold behind the walls). Waited a week for the fixes so i could move in. When i came back only the fridge was replaced and nothing else was fixed. Once i talked to the manager i was told that they would caulk the tub but the carpet would not be fixed and that i would have to pay 100 more s month if i didnt want a stained carpet!! I immediately cancelled my lease since i hadnt moved in. They run this place

Only gets 1 star because there is no ZERO star option. Do yourself a favor and avoid this complex. I have lived here for too long and will be leaving as soon as my lease is up in a few months. I would have moved sooner but could not afford to, unfortunately. Prepare for getting the run around every time you deal with the office or maintenance. There are often helicopters flying above the complex looking for criminals on the run and the 'security' gate is often left wide open for weeks at a time. Despite the place being run down and having poor customer service, the management company

Lived here for 2 years. Everything was ok for the most part, until we were getting ready to move out. The water heater in the apartment above us broke, and was leaking water into our laundry room. It took them 3 weeks to getting around to fix it- by that time, the damage was so bad they had to pull out almost all the drywall, and the studs inside had molded.
Then, we had the carpet cleaned (900 sq ft apartment), and were told it wasn't good enough, so we had the company we used come back and do it again. Management still wasn't satisfied, and we were told that they would have the carpets

I have lived in this apartment for over a year and I started off with a one bedroom and after months I have upgraded to a two bedroom unit and I was placed on the second floor of the leasing office. My stay was going great until the office manager started to complain about foot steps, water running in the shower was too loud, and my dogs barking when they are at play. Then, it left me with no choice but to end my lease with grievance and was pardon for the breach of contract. To top things off, I haven't even handed them the keys back as I was still packing and to my surprise the apartment
