Parking is horrendous . Charging for new “parking passes” when they just gave us the original passes 3 months back. there isn’t even parking in the first place. Lol and they just recently came up with this new method , painting reserved parking spots to take up more spots that aren’t really available in the first place. At this point it’s just a joke . The gate never works to actually enter the complex and don’t ever expect to park in front of ur building cause it’ll probs never happen . Overpriced and a bunch of creeps live in the neighborhood etc

Negative ratings is appropriate for this community. Very unfriendly neighbors, bad management, unsafe neighborhood and worst parking facility. If any person can’t tolerate the minimal noise from kids, than get the home man, why to live in apartment community? Management should take the responsibility and tell the tenant that kids will make some noise, or else don’t give the upper floor apartment to the family with kids. I had been in 4 different community in the past with my kid but never had worst experience like this.

I had the worst experience with an employee by the name of Rachel. She was so extremely rude to me the entire time. Not only did she roll her eyes, but her entire tone was so demeaning. She had so much attitude and made me feel so unwelcome. The other gals were super friendly, I had spent a good while speaking with them on the phone and they had me super excited about these apartments. So sad to say I will be choosing another complex to live at... I cannot imagine working with this lady for an entire year. I do not have too many deal breakers but having a rude landlord is for sure one of them.

Yes amenities are great and its beautiful and everyone is friendly.
But.....
On move out, office DID NOT specify we would be charged rent for the amount of Time it took to get a new Tennant. We purchased a brand new home that was ready way sooner than expected. When I called and asked about breaking my lease and giving 30 days notice we were granted this without penalty because they had a new tennant lined up. So we did them a favor and are now charging us rent until the new tenant moved in. If you move here get things in writing so they don't try and screw you.

I lived here since they first built the complex. I love living here there are several events throughout the year for family time.
The amenities are wonderful, gym,
pool, tennis courts ,plus family theater. Also, if you walk all the way around the walk way it's about a 2 mile walk. I hope this will be my forever home.

We have lived here for years and it has been nothing but a pleasant experience. The complex is very friendly with many buildings forming groups and friendships together, like a neighborhood should be. There are a lot of community events like the Holiday parties, cocktail hours, food truck events, and of course the movie theater that has movies 3 days a week for all ages from children to adult (with snacks included). Along with all the great amenities, the management has only been wonderful to us. Typically anybody that I have encountered that has anything bad to say about this place usually has
