Timber Heights

Currently living here, paying for a washer and dryer I'm unit. But dryer has been broken Now 6/7 months iv lived here. These people will not fix or resolve any issues that you have. Do not live here

Scheduled a tour and got confirmation emails for the tour appointment. I showed up at the scheduled time and nobody was there. The office was closed and all numbers on their website would go to voicemail on a Wednesday afternoon. Very unprofessional and never got an apology.

Absolutely the worst place to live. An on-site manager is pretty much non existent. The are bugs in all the buildings. Maintenance is a joke and the garbage piling up every week is just disgusting.
Management should be ashamed of themselves for running a property so poorly. These apartments are way over priced for the disgusting condition we are expected to live in.

Ive lived here for about 5 months, and ive submitted 1 maintenance request per month about the same stuff that hasnt been fixed since move in day. avoid timber heights like your life depends on it!

The staff was more than helpful and we had a great open communication when things should pop up and they were quick to solve the issue

Worst apartment ever don’t waste your time coming here. Full of s*** people,rent so expensive compared to the condition of the apartment😠😠

Terrible appartment complex not a safe environment. There is always people out getting drunk in the parking lot at all hours of the night. Domestic violence desputs all the time. The parking lot is always littered with trash. I have had a few tenants threaten me and management does nothing. Not worth what you pay the appartment also smells like mold. I am currently looking into legal options to leave this place. My advice do waste your time or money here. There was also a assault that happened here this week and management told me someone was coming to clean up the blood on rhe stairs and parking

Toured this little property and I thought it was adorable! The manager was super nice and was very helpful. The apartment is very different from the others that I have seen. I love that everyone gets an assigned parking spot!!! Thank GOD!! When I get out where I am at I will be moving in! I am super excited!!

Iportant information for renters!
Moved out after 6 month lease. The menteinence guy his name not sure but husien, is very dangerous. The first time I saw was when I trying to move in the Timber heights apt. He asked my name And I said Daniel. Then he turned around. After that, he always look at with hate face. I believe he doen’t like chritians.
The managment doesn’t care about your request for menteinence. I moved in november and the living room heater was not working and I requested for menteinence. They never fixed it
Or never said something about it.
