The Lofts offer 1 to 4-bedroom apartments near the University of Central Florida. We're right in the middle of all the great things that make the Orlando community so fun and exciting. You're never far away from fun or your classes- we are at the center of it all! The Lofts want you to have the best experience possible.

With tons of great amenities and great selection of furnished floor plans to choose from, you'll love calling us home. We take care of everything - from apartment essentials to entertainment and recreation. Our rental package covers cable, internet and utilities, so you can focus on your studies or cheer on the Knights while we take care of the details.
Services
If a resident wants a reserved parking space, a $10 fee will be added to their charges monthly. If a resident wants a covered reserved parking space, a $20 fee will be added to their charges monthly. To tour our floor plans and see what amenities may be available, please call us at (321) 978-0563. Residents and guests have the option to park in the free parking spots as well.
Choosing an apartment community near the University of Central Florida that believes in providing a happy environment for students to learn and relax is a valuable key for success. Here at The Lofts, we strive to improve the health and wellness of our residents by creating comfortable living and study spaces, while promoting healthy habits that will impact your academic career as well as your personal life.
The beds are full size extra-long. We recommend queen size sheets, although full size extra-long can be special ordered through some retailers. An individual lease means that you are only responsible for your rental installment and not the rent of your roommate (if in a 2, 3 or 4 bedroom unit). With an individual lease, you have the rights to joint use of the common spaces and then individual rights to your bedroom and bathroom.

Stay away! It is difficult enough to send your child away for college but worse when the apartment complex she is living at is a nightmare come true. Parents should be warned that the management will not cooperate with you or your student. My child has been exposed to threats and violence in her own apartment but not a registered roommate but a guest of a roommate. Complaints were made to management but ignored. Now the threats have escalated and a police report has been made. Still no assistance from the management. My other child stayed at the apartments across the street which are beautiful

Do not expect that this place cares if your child feels safe. My daughter rented here and one of the roommates repeatedly stole from the others. She smoked weed constantly in the apartment and her girlfriend was living there full time. The girlfriend threatened to assault my daughter. The apartment management would do nothing. The roommate is 27 years old and not in school and for some reason wants to live in student housing. This place will not take your call if you are not the lease guarantor. My daughter does not want to go to her apartment since she does not feel safe

Great experience!
My daughter and I visited The Lofts yesterday where we met Tina, the location’s representative. She was very informative and patient. She provided us with great information and even shared with us about her own experiences. We had a lot of questions for Tina, and she answered each and everyone. The staff and manager were very helpful. Everyone had great energy and the vibe was great from beginning to end. Tina also took us on a tour of one of the newly renovated apartment which was outstanding! My daughter loved it to say the least. LOL If you are looking for patient, friendly

Worst place to stay and horrible management and company. With everything going on in the pandemic, this place really had the audacity to charge daily late fees on people they know are struggling with rent and reassignment. But it’s ok because they offer no interest monthly payments, since the company is really empathetic about what’s happening right now. If you’re lucky they might tell you about rent forgiveness opportunities or pass your contact information to a potential tenant. Because actually listing your place as vacant, even if it is, on the website is not good for business. Overall

Avoid at all cost. Greystar is a horrible real estate company that doesn’t care about it renters just profits. Just how they handled the pandemic was extremely disappointing. Highly recommend you go to another complex unless you’re fine with being another room.

Loved the community! I toured with Tina and she made me feel so welcomed. She was personable, attentive, and super kind. It also helped that she was very knowledgeable about the complex and answered all the questions I didn’t even know I had! I was truly impressed by the customer service and I had a wonderful experience because of her! It’s unfortunate that they didn’t have the floor plan I wanted but I’ll definitely consider another floor plan as this seems like a great community!

I have not officially moved in yet but from what I saw it seems like a very nice community. The loft that I took a tour of was very clean and had nice amenities. The property was also clean with a lot of green grass everywhere and a beautiful pool.

Fantastic customer service! I called to inquire about this community yesterday and spoke with Chris G. It was a positive experience. Chris was knowledgeable about the community, patient, kind and was able to answer every question I had. He made me feel more comfortable about sending my daughter to live at The Lofts.

I went in for a tour with Tina, she was very friendly and informative. Took her time and showed me around the office and the apartment. She showed me all 4 rooms so that I could see the difference between all of them and even answer all the questions I had. The tour was a very pleasant experience and would recommend asking for Tina when you visit!

Terrible apartment complex. the rooms are okay, and the maintenance people are really great but the main offices customer service is absolutely terrible. If you plan to live here prepare to be emailing the manager for absolutely everything because the office people are completely incompetent. They've ignored my new apartments renters verification for over a month. DO NOT LIVE HERE.

The staff are racist and tired to force me to leave my apartment just because my roommate said I didn't wash dishes. My roommate was only here for a week and just because of the color of my skin they use what she said to make me leave my apartment. The staff are unfair and the the people of my skin color. Please don't come here, you would not be taken care of. The overcharge me almost every month just so they can make more money. Every time I have an issue, they don't listen. Maintenance one in anytime they want and so do the staff. I lived her for 10 months and yet they treat poorly

The model that we were shown was not at all what was received. On the day of the move and there was a dead frog dirty mattress dirty walls filthy bathroom damaged refrigerator and damaged bathtub, etc., sadly I could go on. I Complained to the manager on multiple times but they don't resolve the issue. We came all the way across country to move into a clean apartment but it was absolutely filthy.The living room & the bathroom with stinky. It is over a week to replace only half the carpet. Eventually the maintenance mgr. helped out to replace appliances. Still waiting on the bathroom

Assume all the apartments have mold. Office from the start refused to answer simple questions. On move in extensive water damage was reported and a musty smell. Office completely ignored the report. It was reported again 2 months later maintenance came out and said there was no mold. Please see below pictures from after maintenance investigated. Given how spores catch a ride on everything, assume its in every unit. Looks nice from the outside. Office seems to know there is mold and is hiding it.

Good amenities and everything but the rooms feel like dorms and aren't very nice.. they will also charge you "overage" fees every month for no reason just to get more money out of you and $600 in fees if you try to move out before your lease is up. Plus the speed bumps in the parking lot are AWFUL to deal with every day. You could live in a MUCH nicer place for the price you would pay here which I really recommend you do. They will drain you of all the money you have.

The lofts was a great place to live and I enjoyed every day here throughout my sophomore year.

Apartment:
My roommates and I live in the 4x2 apartment and it was a great place to call my first home. The kitchen had plenty of cabinet space and updated utilities. If the utilities didnt function correctly, for any reason, the maintenance guys made a speedy visit to our apartment and fixed any problem. The living area was fully furnished all in really good condition. Out of all the local apartments we toured, the bedrooms were the biggest and even came with two closets. Overall, I was very pleased

I love living here but the rooms are a little too small. I love the location, right behind the colonial Publix. It's a great & quiet neighborhood. Half court basketball court and resort style pool. I use the tanning booth all the time and the max time is 9 minutes where some other complexes are more time. Maintenance is pretty quick to respond to the work orders, but I hate how the come in sometimes it I don't answer the door. I love the staff in the office, they are always so accommodating and always planning fun events for the residents to attend. Every Wednesday is "Waffle

For the several months that I have been living here, I have nothing really to complain about except that the people who moved in before me weren't so clean. Other than that, everything is great here! The amenities are amazing, the maintenance is nice and responds almost instantly and the environment is great!

This is a great place to live with a great community! Only thing is if you lose your key, it's $25 out of your pocket which is an easy thing to lose since it's not really a key but it is still an amazing place to live at! Recommend moving here!
