Worst place to live at. The maintenance guy doesnt know how to do anything he never fixes anything, it takes months for them to actually respond to a maintenance request. The AC doesnt work, the kitchen is way too small, the restrooms are not finished correctly, the closet doors never work. The office "lady" never answers the phone or emails all she does is talk on the phone & eat in the office all day on top of being super rude & careless. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

It's a nice appartments complex.But they should make a swimming pool to enjoy it. And bedrooms should be bigger.

Even though I didn't get to move into the apartment I wanted the apartment manager was great and was very kind and respectful to me!! Thank you for everything especially your understanding during the difficult situation I was placed in by HACEP!!

I love living here jessica is such an amazing landlord she is very understandable with whatever problems you have going on :) the apartments omg they are amazing and cozzy such nice appliances i just love living here

They have roaches very gross I am not playing they had to go about 20 times to fumigate cause the roaches would not go away, and I was only there about 4 months and yes I had to break the lease !!!!!!!!! HORRIBLE ..... When the manager told me that its " normal " and even in the west side I would find roaches !!!!!! WHAT!!!!!!!!!!! NOOOO its not ok and not " normal" gross!!!!!!! yes I broke the lease but that's cause I refuse to believe living with roaches is "normal" I know live at another apartment and GUESS what NO ROACHES !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They never have good manace on your appartment, they would tell you we will send someone to see what ever the problem is and they never show up one of the main problems us that they will charge your for the cable evne of you don nat whant cable it's not optional, the watter fees they will charge you the whole bill..these whas one of the problems that we would have is that we didn't even had a washer machine and the water facet was liking they never show up to see what the problem was there, your air conditioning will be working doing winter just in case if you are hot doing the cold season...lol

If you like quiet and friendly places this is not the place for you. Neighbors are rude, kids are loud and out of control. Zero respect for the instralations and others people belonging. Staff is actually really nice and caring. The only problem, which I understand is out of their control, are the A/C. They are super old and during Summer you can't feel any cold breeze. It's just crazy!!! And during winter the apartments are very cold. The need to update that. Plus I would increase security, there's a lot of gangs and vandalism.

Decent apartment homes. Affordable pricing. The staff is caring and will try to do their best to help you with most requests. Management is accommodating and a pleasure to deal with.

The office staff is nice and the maintenance man is attentive.
I don't know why people complain, they are trying to their best to keep our property feeling like a home.
