This is one of the most peaceful, yet inexpensive locations in Nashville. Jessica is amazing, and the pool/scenery are gorgeous!!!

We love living here. It’s extremely quiet and our apartment felt like home the second we walked in. It feels very safe compared to a lot of other places, our neighbors even offered to help us move in on the first day! The management especially jessica at the desk is so helpful and answered all of our questions. I would and already have recommended this place to my friends!

Reasonably priced for the size we want. The apartments aren't the newest, but management has been doing their best to upgrade as the resources become available. We are very thankful for the amazing staff and regular maintenance checks. If you're wanting something simple and nothing too extravagant, then it's a good fit for you. Older reviews aren't a very good reflection of the current state of things at the complex. We love our tucked away apartment at the top of the bluff.

This Apartment complex is outdated. I would advise you not to move to shadowbluff, unless you would like to move into a place that has appliances that's older than you, Carpet in the bathroom (no telling how much mold is under the carpet) especially when there is no padding under the carpet. not too mention that they took the deadbolt locks away from the apartment doors, The doors only have ONE lock. Which is not cool! That puts the safety of the tennants on the line. Also the gym equipment sucks. There's no grill near the pool.

We’ve lived at Shadowbluff for almost 3 years and have enjoyed it. It’s conveniently located close to 24/40 and provides a short commute to downtown. Maintenance has responded promptly to our requests and the staff has been great. You can’t beat the location and price!

I have lived here for 5 years with my husband. The office staff is always nice and willing to help. Maintenance has always been quick to respond. Nightly security patrol with an on-sight courtesy officer makes you feel safe also. Very quiet neighborhood. Great convenient location to downtown Nashville. Would definitely recommend.

My boyfriend lived here for a lease and his apartment got broken into not once, but twice. The first time, over 1,000 dollars worth of belongings and electronics were stolen. The manager had the nerve to blame him and his roommate for both break Ins. I stopped staying with him some nights because I felt incredibly unsafe. The safety issues people are mentioning ARE real. Do not move here.

WE LOVE SHADOWBLUFF!!!! We have lived here for over 1 year and have loved every minute of it! We have a beautiful view of trees and a valley. The space is perfect for us. There is so much storage space (which is so needed!) We love the open, roomy layout and how you can see the living room from the kitchen. We love the staff here. They are so welcoming and helpful. And we have had only the best neighbors! We have become best friends with one of our neighbors. We even celebrated Christmas with them! All I have to say is good things about Shadowbluff. It is a wonderful place to call home!! :)

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! I REPEAT, DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX!!! Consider this a warning. The apartment is too uptight with crazy rules and protocols, not worth the amount you pay for it. They'll mandate you and your guests to wear colored wrist bands just because you want to use the swimming pool. They leave affairs into the hands of another tenant who claims to be a "Courtesy officer". Before I fully moved my electronics into the apartment, I had him come knock at my door on several occasions telling me another neighbor made a noise complaint, even though I didn't even have any electronics

I applied and was told I have to probably pay 1st and last months rent, plus a deposit. I was shocked. I've lived in 3 different apartment complexes in Nashville over the last 9 years and I've never been asked to pay 1st and last months rent, plus a deposit to be considered for an apartment anywhere. I've never had an eviction, a repossessed item, bankruptcy, or any kind of damage left in an apartment that I lived in. The lady in the office was nice, but you could tell she was full of it. She couldn't really say why I would probably be required to pay the 1st, and last months rent with a deposit

The cost of the apartments are inline with the area and it's nice being at the end of the hill, but the quality of the apartment are bad. When we first moved in our closet door in the dining room was broken. There is hardly any natural light that came in and the grounds were ok. The maintenance staff only half fixed things is our apartment. I would not recommend anyone to move there as they just want your money and they pick and choose what they want to charge you for at move out. I had a year lease and then moved out since the area isn't nice and there was several break ins in the complex

My wife and I have really enjoyed our time living here. We moved here on a short term lease from another state thinking that we'd be able to move after 6 months if we didn't like it. Turns out we really enjoyed it. We've lived here going on 3 years now.

The property is a little old, but has been renovated some. They have a nice pool and small fitness center. I think they also have a laundry room in the office area. But apartments also have laundry hook ups.

The rent is very affordable, especially for the location to downtown. The overall neighborhood is lower end, but the apartments

These are the worst apartments in Nashville, TN...I experienced 2 break-ins in less than 12 months and the staff did absolutely nothing but changed the locks and "ironoically" when my apartment got broken into the individual had "keys" to get into my apartment. The staff in the office are a sorry excuse for property leadership whom are extremely incompetent, inefficient and have bad attitudes every time you have an issue, such as something NOT working in your apartment. After speaking with several other former residents of the complex I was informed that they also experienced break-ins and nothing
