Amazing place to live! The staff is really nice and helpful. I love how they always have activities during the holidays and freebies for different national days. The staff puts in the effort to be connected with the community of people here. They’re always saying hi anytime they see anyone.
The apartments are nice but could definitely be remodeled. I believe most units have newer appliances and cabinets but some don’t. Everything is still functional and nice, it’s just not the newest out there. However, the price for the square footage of a 1 bedroom was pretty good compared to other apartments

It's been a great experience living @TheBayClubApartments. The office staff always have fun family gatherings for all the residents and there always helpful when needed. The maintenance staff are always quick to repair any issues we have and the work is always done correctly. And it's a great bonus! having Oso Bay as our back yard😄

They told me that they take Section 8 vouchers & every time I asked if they got the Section 8 vouchers from my previous tenant, they kept telling me that I didn't need it. I found out after I had given up my previous apartment that Section 8 doesn't cover these apartments. I gave them $700 online, but to get my money back, I have to wait for a check.

A very long, overdue review :-). I struck gold when I found this apartment. I had just moved to Corpus and drove by and thought I would stop in and check it out. I have lived at Bay Club for almost 2 years now and am continually impressed by how professional, friendly, and responsive the staff are. They genuinely care about how you are doing and go out of their way to ensure that whatever problem you have gets addressed quickly (I think the maintenance guys might be super human with how quickly they get things done, it's crazy).

In planning our move to Corpus I found Bay Club. I did something I have never done and worked the move in while not seeing the propert. I hit the jackpot. Jennifer and her staff were amazing to work with during our move. Friendly, courteous, knowlegable and accomidating. It is an older property but very well maintained. This Flour Bluff location is convenient to all of the CC Bay cities and Padre Island. We had good neighbors who became good friends. Thank you Jennifer and everybody at Bay Club.

They try to rip you off when you leave they tell you to your face you have one month to give them notice at the end of your lease and I do that and they lied it was two months and stick me for all kinds of charges including not paying rent when I gave them my notice at the end of my lease 7 years never once late on my rent and they trying rob you on your way out. I talked to them to regarding this was a big mistake on their part didn't care still send me to collections that's what I get for a roach-infested hotel

A/C has been broken for 3 weeks now. They knew about the problem the day that it happened. I've walked into that office every day since BEGGING for some kind of update of which 9 times out of 10 they have none. Today I walked in for the millionth time (at this point both the women in the front office now who I am) to ask what is going on and one of them had the nerve to ask me what I wanted to know about it. I want to know when its going to be fixed?!?! I'm paying a fortune to run the little a/c that I DO have in the hot Texas summer and they don't seem to care in the least. By the

It's been a couple is years since I lived here, and I'm sure there has been changed in managent; as there was in the 9 months I lived there. Although, I would not recommend this establishment. Management was bad, I mean when I would go in to pay my rent I would not even get acknowledged, you would think they would want there money.
