I lived here for two years and can say with absolute certainty I would never recommend this place. We had our water shut off 11 times because of poor maintenance. We’ve had floods, leaks, and drywall damage that got ignored for an inappropriate amount of time. We spent months with a leak in our bathroom above our toilet. Then when they fixed the leak they left a hole in our ceiling for 2 weeks and never cleaned up the mess they made from demolition. Non ADA compliant entrances and exits, be careful. Cherry on top was the bad neighbors beating their kids and each other. Called police three times

I’m adding 2 stars because we have been putting maintenance requests and no one has came to fix. We have been waiting for the dryer to be fixed for about 4+ months. My mom ended up gifting us our own. So we had our own dryer installed and the old one is yet to be picked up and removed. The washer is now broken and still nothing.

Martin Bravo is the maintenance guy who came to fix my washer. He was very nice and explained to me exactly what happened and what he was doing each step. He made sure every component was working before leaving. Our maintenance here is a little backed up but they expedited this for me which I really appreciated.

I’ve lived here for almost 2 years, the apartment was not updated like the apartment they showed us, and the carpet is not in place, we always trip over it and nails stick out, my poor daughter has stepped on a nail twice, something they did not fix when I placed a work order and they put that it was completed which it wasn’t. Now we’ve had a clogged sink and a broken garbage disposal for a month now and they still haven’t fixed it. The smell is awful and we’re constantly having to put bleach and vinegar in the drain to help with the smell. They’re probably not fixing it because we’re

I wish I would of gotten my technician's name who serviced my dishwasher and replaced a part in a quick and timely manner. He could of just replaced the whole unit and called it a day, but instead he took the time to order and install the part that was broken.. He was very polite, kind, knowledgeable and had a nice sense of humor. I hope he stays with us at Sonoran Flats, he's a good knowledgeable tech who makes sure whats needs to be done is completely fixed before marking the work order complete.

I have lived here for 15 years. I have been very happy. I just had a tub drain fail and maintenance was out right away and they have a really great Maintenance Supervisor Brian was great and the plumber, Branden, who did the work was fast, efficient, professional and friendly. 20 mins to replace a tub drain is REALLY fast.

I currently rent from this complex and it’s horrible. They take FOREVER with maintenance calls even if it’s an EMERGENCY even tho it says emergency maintenance calls are only supposed to take 24hrs. Our ceiling has been completed collapsed due to the storm last week. It has taken the complex 4 days for them to even get the dry wall guy inside my apartment and I had to throw a whole fit basically. We have been living inside our apartment like this with THEM KNOWING our living conditions and it’s still taken 4 days and they still haven’t offered us anything in return for the awful living

My husband and I toured these apartments and let me say the fact that it looked exactly the same that it looked when I lived there in 1998 and they wanted 1400.00 was enough to let me know not the place for us. I feel sorry for anyone who let them fool you into moving in there. Do not let the office or the exercise room fool you the everything is exactly the same. From the bathroom in which you can see all the hair and dirt from all the previous tenants in the lining around the bottom of the bathtub to the cabinets that barely open and under sinks had mold. i could not believe the man in the office

I lived in this complex 3 years ago and I just received a bill for $157 When I moved out everything was spotless and Ulysses the assistant manager and Shayla who was the manager said we owed absolutely nothing and signed off on a paper and even took a copy of the keys we returned. Even with proof they reported me to the credit bureau! What a low and crummy thing to do! Dont rent here!!! They will try to collect money years later! No no no!!!Of course no answer at the office! Who is to say they won't try to collect more later! They are hussling money from past tenants!!

I am telling you DO NOT MOVE HERE!! They are disgusting and in humane.. there is mold throughout the units. They take weeks to fix simple problems. We moved in to a filthy unit that looked as if it wasn't touched since the last era on had moved in. From their lack of competency, our apartment was flooded out forcing them to change our carpets to cheap linoleum flooring as to which they are charging me over a $1000 to replace as there were 3 areas that furniture damaged a SQUARE.. the whole apartment is only 840 square feet. This place has been absolutely awful pretty much from day 1. The office staff is rude and have some kind of misplaced arrogance. Even questions the first time having to figure out their convoluted system for laying rent were addressed with rudeness and sarcasm. Their maintenance response is completely horrible when they do even respond. The person that shows up is usually nice enough but they do the minimum of what they have to do regardless of how long we've been waiting for the rest. Trust me that I could go on and on. Plumbing, appliances, roaches, no outdoor lighting at night for safety

This place is a wreck, and while the office will claim it's due to COVID just read all the reviews from before the pandemic even started. And speaking of the pandemic, the leasing agent who had us sign our move-in forms literally took off her mask TO COUGH in my face; not sure if this was her hint that I should tell her she didn't have to wear it but... gross.

I made a mistake when I wrote my previous review. I didnt realize the move and COVID-19 stress over influenced my review. We like living here. Overall it's like any other complex of higher cost and amenities, however the rent here is very fair. Low noise levels and neighbors are good people. More down to earth than your higher priced properties. People actually show respect here for other residents. Grounds at the time are not the best but I attribute that to our pandemic. Maintenance is pretty good here and things do get addressed quickly if it's a high level priority. Right now staffing

Moving is never easy, but moving during a pandemic made things even more stressful. Aaron and Lexi made the transition VERY easy, from the application, to getting approved, and even a virtual tour of the space. Our new apartment is very large and clean. Our washer wasn't working and this dishwasher was very old, but Martin in maintenance definitely saved the day! We weren't expecting our issues to be resolved so quickly with everything going on, but that was not the case. Martin was very personable, professional, and quick!! It has been a great experience so far, and hope it continues

Been living here 7 years and now will not be offered a new lease. It is my own fault for posting negative comments about this place. But trust me where ever I end up will be better than the roaches management and maintenance problems I have had over the years. I won't name names but trust me move anywhere but here.
