If I could do no stars I would. This place is horrible! Please don’t send anyone here! They neglect their patients. My husband was sent here for short term recovery of wounds from surgery and he left 20 lbs lighter and infection in both wounds and sepsis and pneumonia. And he was only there 1 month! They would let his colostomy bag burst and leave him lie in the waste for hours and it got into his wounds and infected them causing sepsis. No one was aloud in because of Covid so no one saw.

The nurses were the only positive thing I can say about this facility. They did seem to care. Every person in the business office, front desk, or basically anyone in other departments were inconsiderate, unresponsive, and just did not care. It's like they didn't want any business, or because of Covid they aren't being checked on so they're lazy. So disappointing in a retirement facility that are supposed to be there to care for our seniors.

I had a close friend work her, the staff weren't very nice. They had and attitude liked to lie about other workers ON THIER FIRST DAY. The residents families were rude to workers, management didn't say anything and allowed their workers to be disrespected. Not a good place to work. I started and still didn't get my badge to access the the schedule to see what floor I was working on. The building needs a little fixing up. The scrubs were uncomfortable.

I just visited a family member on 7-28-18. I was ashamed that her family has their family member in this place. The room has wall paper coming loose in multiple locations. The window looking out is overgrown with ivy growing all over the building. One corner of the room has a plastic cover to protect the corner from being damaged, but the plastic molding is broken in such a way that someone could be injured or clothing torn. I took photos so don't deny it. My wife was present when the family member was brought in and the room was that way 4 months ago.

I have never spoken with a more rude or inconsiderate staff; my boyfriend's mother was left in a dirty room unable to walk to the restroom alone and no one to answer the call light when she needed help. The social worker was short and inconsiderate when issues were brought to her attention. They staff ought to ashamed of the way they treat their patients!
